Very slow service, not that I actually got service - 40+ minutes to get through the drive thru. 9 minutes at the order window - no service, so I just went through without ordering. Guy behind me waited for about 5 minutes as well.Didnt have that sort of problem at Burger King in Lynnwood 15 minutes later

Food was ok, nothing great. Tasted different to other KFCs. Thankfully I checked my order before leaving as I was one item short. Wondering if this is a KFC standard practice as the last 4 visits to a KFC have all been one item short... coincidence...?

I would not recommend this kfc at all.Bad attitude toward customers and do not listen when we place an order because they are chatting too much with each other.They did not have the zinger patty for the zinger burger, thus I asked to put extra zinger sauce on. They literally put one blob of sauce on the burger. No spice for the pops nor the chips as requested (as per usual, it should automatically be added). I payed for everything that I ordered extra and received absolutely nothing. This is very disappointing, but it is not the first time. This is the THIRD time.

Poor poor poor food quality!!I cant believe your staff thinks this is good qaulity food and it can leave your store like this.1. Ordered no lettuce and to add cheese. There was no cheese and still lettuce. I took one photo. I did not take a photo of all the burgers.(I paid for cheese and received no cheese)2. The chicken fillet/patty on the snack burgers looked like little fetuses, hard and burned.3. The chips was cold, oily and soggy and looked like it was fried again to warm it up.4. The pops was dry and hard to chew.5. Some of the chicken pieces was still bloody and had a weird smell.Literally the only thing that was ok to eat was the dunked wings.This was another terrible experience.There is no response from head office or the store itself.We threw out R380 worth of food.

They gave me my order with 4 items instead of 6 n i bought 4 mini loaves they gave me rolls, i had to go back n fight. They 1st told me they dont have mini loaves n when o ask for refund, boom there comes mini loaves.

The customer service was great, my only problem was with the wings that didnt have salt/spices.

We had terrible food,tasted like yesterday chicken that they flashed fried again this morning before delivery,it didnt even taste like KFC,so disappointed because we paid R337.77 on 20th October 2021 at 10:48 and ordered just after 9:00 through KFC delivery was more than an hour and 30 min late

No chicken!!! For a place that is selling fried chicken,they dont have enough chicken for a 10 piece family treat after 8 oclock at night. Then they make you draw money,because the speed point is not working ,at the window ,and once again inside the shop. After asking the price for the meals,then drawing money from the A.T.M. ,the staff tell me they dont have chicken or lettuce for a colonel meal??? I think these staff members dont want to work anymore after 20h00 at night. KFC can go to hell!! And... im done with this franchise for ever!!

This is a typical KFC. I do order from them from time to time. They don’t get orders wrong or give you a bad order. So I do recommend them as a KFC to stop by and have your chicken.Their drive thru is not the best when it comes to the layout as it doesn’t allow for much cars to stand in it so good luck when it’s full

Poor serviced and everytime we order we are cheated out of our meals. Dbl is not a snack burger. Family feast is not 4 pieces of chicken. Will never buy here again. I just wished I could have swear at you guys but then I am below the belt but I am reporting you to your head office!

Had a walk in here yesterday.Waited over 15 min just to be help while no one was in the queue.Its clear that their focus is on the drive-thru and uber eats deliveries.

Kfc Stormvoël is probably the slowest drive-through I ever had the misfortune to visit. It took 40 minutes of queueing to get my order! There were 5 cars in front of me...

Maintenance outside is not done properly. emergency assembly board its orientation is vice versa. Inside it was not yet clean but they were busy cleaning. Follow your maintenance plan.

Every single time I come here I end up waiting a good 25 to 40 mins in the drive thru because they are so slow (not because there are alot of people). Worst is, my last order they just replaced my mash with extra chips, without me knowing. And once I realised I was already so far away. So disappointing!

The counter service was perfect however there was a lady by the name of Agnes who took a receipt from my daughter and without explaining anything and did a survey on her phone. This conduct was not professional at all.

Orderd online with option to collect. They could not honour the order and we had to go elsewhere and they gladly took payment but could not deliver.
