Dear Galitos, I have trusted your chicken livers but today I am dissapointed. Did you hire Minister Tito Mboweni to cook these chicken livers because I cant with this garlic at all. I am your chicken livers fan, what happened to the tastey thick chicken livers without garlic?even these tomatoes will make you lose appetite. May you please dont drop standard with old recipe for chicken livers.

Im very disappointed with galitos bloed mall i bought full chicken today lemon n herbs(take away) my order was ready within 5mins, i took my oder home n upon arrival when i decided to enjoy my chicken, i found that the chicken is so tasteless n white as if it was never marinaded. No flavour at all.. This was the worst chicken ever😏😏😏😏😏😏😏

My food was packed in a small paper bag, when I asked for a big bag soo that everything can fit in, they told me about management and left me unattended. Customer care dololo

Great meals at reasonable prices. I love the place and its so clean. The serve sometimes is so poor. It takes so long to get your food.

Its relatively clean, considering its location. I just hate how the ladies at the till never listen to instruction. Last time I ordered 8 quarters. I asked for 4 thighs and 4 breasts, they gave me just thighs. Tonight, I ordered full chicken, I asked them to cut it into 8 pieces, they didnt 🙄🙄🙄🙄

I don’t know how to begin to explain my utter disappointment. I placed an order today that was acknowledged by Galito in Bloed Street Pretoria at 18:19 and estimated time of delivery was 18:58. Around 18:24 shop contacted me to get my directions, which I provided and they said they will get back to me. At 19:49 I phone and the lady tells me they can’t deliver because the driver knocked off at 18:00 which I then asked for my money back and she said I should phone back later and speak to the manager. I then called the restaurant at 20:01 requested to speak to the manager, I spoke to him and he asked someone else to assist me. This person now asked me to give him until Saturday afternoon and he was going to call me back. I told him I need the money for food the same day and he said he was going to get back to me in a short while which he didn’t and it is already 20:35. This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any restaurant. If the restaurant could atleast have the decency to return my money back or made urgent plans to deliver my food, but no, dishonesty is their way of running a business. Their phone is now forever engaged and cannot go through.TebogoA very disappointed new customer

The delivery guy is rude and unprofessional. I also believe that when you are answering calls and I speak english to you, I would appreciate you speaking a language I would also understand. Dont assume I can also speak Tshwane. Worse service I have ever received.

I went to the restaurant early in the morning and ordered their livers and skhaftin 2 and the 2 chicken pieces were hard as rocks as if they were left overs from the previous night. I could not even bite into them. I returned the meal and they fixed it for me. The staff was professional about it but the fact that I got served that in the first place is disheartening.

The service was the worst we even spoke to some supervisor there who didnt help the situation one bit, and we kept on seeing people return their food because the stuff doesnt know what they are doing
