In my opinion, KFC is one of my favorite fast food places but there are some things that just dont sit right with me. Ive ordered loads of times from KFC and its either theyd leave something out that i ordered or theyd bring the food late and that cant happen because remember they are a fast food restaurant so food must arrive quick. Im not expecting it to be done in seconds, maximum is an hour. But overall the food isnt disappointing so waiting a little longer is worth it.

Service for walk ins is warm and ok but i would not order on line tge food was cold and the forgot the 2 sidrs of mash and grave then when i phoned they were unhelpful and abrupt and in the end they refused to send the driver again so i never got it but it was paid for in full so no if u want drive there but dont order online ever

Tried to order online at 1730. Says the KFC is closed. I called and was told the online service would work. It didnt. I went to KFC and told the staff. I ordered an all in one plus. Chicken tasted like it had been cooked in a microwave. It stinks, disgusting.

Once again I received chicken that I believe had been in the warmer for most of the day from this KFC.I specifically asked for FRESH cooked chicken as Ive had previous experience with this particular branch. The assurance was given that it was fresh...Last time I order from this KFC!

Its a KFC in South Africa, sometimes you get what you ordered,sometimes not, sometimes the order is on time , other times it isnt. Just like any KFC in a non rural area , its a gamble.

Im not usually one to write reviews, but after receiving what felt like the fastest drive-tru service in my life, I felt obliged to write this one. We ordered two burger meals with drinks and pops and it was already waiting for us on a tray when we drove around the corner for the pick-up. Excellent!

I used the drive-through. Wen I stopped at the window to pick up my food I was informed that some of my items were going to be 10 minutes. I used the drive through because I did not want to wait. Then when I got home I noticed that I was missing a piece of chicken and also didnt get any salts or tomato sauce. The dunked wings I got were also very dry and had very little sauce on it. Very poor service

Always a pleasure to visit but this time they had no buns for burgers on a Sunday - this was my review 2 years ago and I gave them 3 stars. Feel I need to update my review because everytime we go, their service and the food is 5 stars. One of the best KFCs in Pta East. The drive through is unbelievably fast.

Their service sucks big time, you come early in the morning they tell you that chicken is finished and you have to wait like 15 minutes out while you went to the drive through really now , are they being serious to wait the whole 15 minutes while they cook chicken, look at the time 08h33, we wait for 15 minutes and the next thing they still put wrong order inside😳😡😡

After lock down I went there after 9 and found they where closed I then went to elardus park and found them open the lady told me that they should be open until 10 that is their ours. I treid to phone them at 21:00 now but they dont answer. This is not the first time this happens they always close earlier then what the time says. Useless

Terrible experience in being robbed by the cashier at the drive through at 6pm on Sunday 31 Jan 2021.Charged me R160 for 4 chocolate milkshakes. Could not provide a slip.When confronted the cashier (Thumelo) admitted guilt by giving me R80 back.Lesfako the lady who dispatch the food, got rid of the dummy slip I was given when she gave the milkshakes over. They are obviously a few employees working together.They are robbing their customers and probably the owner too.Will definitely escalate this case to theft and misconduct.

Placed order on KFC app, payment went through, got a notification to collect by 08:30pm. Got there to locked doors at 08:05pm. Staff didnt receive order, hadnt processed order, had no sense of urgency to resolve assist or get it done. Took almost 30 min for them to eventually make and give my order which was bought and paid for.

Fries are always really hot. Friendly service. Some of the menu items could taste better.

Food orders through drive through always wrong and what is advertised on boards not available. Cedric manager called after complain but honestly to make it better I must go back and get meal for 1 person when we 2 living together. No logic.

There ice cream machine is not working... Again! This means no milkshakes, crushers etc. Had to wait in the drive through and still leave with nothing. It is better to drive 1.4 km father to KFC Elarduspark. You have better luck getting what you need there.

The staff here does not care. They claim to be a 24hour KFC but when you get to the drive through window at 21h30 and try to order a simple streetwise 2 they do not have any chicken prepared and you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time before your order will be ready. Today was the final nail in the coffin for me with this branch. There was a notice on the door saying that they are closed due to loadshedding, which would have been fine had it not been for the fact that the power in the area was not off but the power was on. Same thing happened at the Elardus Park Branch. They are just as bad.

Absolute pathetic service from KFC Moreleta Park! Ordered online, when I arrived the order wasnt ready no biggie - I decided to just wait. No one communicayed anything to me for 20 minutes. After I received my order after about 25 minutes, the order was wrong. They didnt include my fries and only when enquired they told me that they have no dipping sauce for the nuggets. Will not support them again.

The staff are very friendly and always has a smile when serving. The food is great. The service is very quick and the fact that they are 24h means getting a delicious quick meal anytime you want.

This is the worst KFC, Ive ordered a street wise two with pap. This is what I normally order, I got my order in a box half the size of the normal box with two small chicken pieces. When I complained and demanded my money back they were quick to offer me more pap. Dont waste your time on this branch, rather go to the Elardus Park Kentucky Fried Chicken and get a decent meal for the money that you pay!

A family favourite fast food restaurant of the KFC franchise. Sit down area available with a separate area to quickly wash your hands without having to visit the restrooms. This restaurant also has a drive through and also delivers in the area (delivery fee applies).

In the last 5 years I font think theyve ever got a single order correct . They always do the minimum and their food is barely up to standard . Wouldnt recommend this to anyone . Even if it is the closest kfc to you.
