Just met the staff and manager at Andiccio24 is Rosebank a few minutes ago.I have never experienced such amazing and welcoming treatment.Definitely gonna be supporting them alot more.

Ordered a gluten free pizza from here. Received swift service and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Wonderful that its halaal. They offer free delivery services within a 5 km radius too!
Small lasagne for the priceAnd it was the most bland lasagna I’ve ever tasted in my life.
Awesome having a Halaal andiccios outlet in Rosebank, with inside and indoor seating and the atmosphere is friendly.

Pizza was absolutely fantastic. Service was spot on. Dining area and bathroom immaculately clean. Im definitely a happy customer.

Comfortable place.
Went for lunch with my family, amongst other things we ordered breadsticks. One of the guys took a few bread sticks from the oven and ate them. He saw that I saw him. Disgusting! I wont be returning there!

We have waited 1hr 10min for pizza delivery still waiting. Rosebank to Rosebank. This is appalling service. Get your pizza elsewhere. Very disappointing!

Delivery service is atrocious. Order from a different branch or another place altogether (if you have no other option).31.12.18 Continued trouble with a delivery from the Rosebank branch. Experienced a 3h15min delay although the delivery address is no more than 10min from the branch. Never received my order. The manager in charge, Ettiene, was of little help after three calls made to the branch around 8pm (15min after eta), 22:07 and 22:46.UPDATE (complaint Nov 2018): I was contacted by both the manager of the branch and an individual from Head Office. They apologised, explained the reason for the delay and offered something to make up for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the effort to rectify the situation. Tendai and Richard were wonderfully hospitable when I took them up on the complimentary meal. Should I place a delivery order I may still choose a different branch, but it wont keep me from supporting them in person.25.11.18It took longer than other branches to record my details. Then the driver was lost and did not know where to go. What sort of support are the drivers being given? Surely they should have map guidance, or access to support from their branch.The second time, I placed the order online. An hour thereafter I was still waiting and had to contact the branch for information. None was supplied and I was left waiting without an eta. The order online was pre-paid. What recourse is there for this lack of service?Update: the driver claims to have been lost the second time. No apology or explanation on arrival. The delivery was half an hour late. the order cold.
