Poor Food Quality. Order a King Bacon Burger to get 2 Pieces of Bacon. Paid R95 its ridiculous.

First time and last. Bad service galore. Drive-thru took more than half an hour. Got home to find my wifes burger not there. Tried calling. No response as theres only a cape town number. Drove back there. Not a oops. Not a sorry. Drive back home to eat my ice cold fries. But not to worry as a large fries only has 9 fries. How I doubt this is worth 400 bucks

Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff, their system is apparently down and drive through is closed and after having to walk in and making my order which they seemed less interested to take, I now have to pay and ONLY then they tell me that they are only taking cards payments and no cash payments. When I ask why they dont put a dign outside advising us patrons about this they just look at me like I am crazy.Terrible attitude always, always seem tired and not interested.Whoever owns this franchise needs to take this seriously.

I ordered the Double Chilli Cheese Burger and was so surprised as to why my order was delivered so quickly only to find out after a few bites that it is not what I ordered, there were no Jalapenos on the burger, just cheese and 2 very small patties. I tried calling the numbers provided online but they do not go through. The burger is way too small for the price, considering that I paid for delivery as well. Ive always ordered here and like ordering different stuff so I can taste everything but everytime I end up being disappointed by their miniature burger sizes and they expensive prices.

I was met by very disrespectful staff. There is a seperate entrance and exit which i totally understand for covid purposes, what I dont understand is why the entrance would be placed at the back of the building, away from the parking areas, its very confusing. When I walked in through the exit, the lady cleaning very disrespectfully told me to go around. I did so. While filling in my details, another lady walked in through the exit (proving how confusing the whole thing is). The lady cleaning said nothing to her and simply allowed her to enter through the exit and just make her way to the entrance to fill in her details. This made me feel as if she helf more respect for her, because why couldnt she have told her the same thing she told me, and why couldnt she have told me to go around respectfully. As for the lady behind the counter, she didnt look like she wanted to be doing her job. The ice cream machine was broken, so i couldnt get the milkshake I drove so far for, and i just wonder how much effort is put into fixing things like that because they really inconvenience us customers. Im never going back there, Id rather try the burger King in norkem park with much better service.

I ordered my food through Uber Eats within 10 minutes of me placing the order, the Uber partner arrived at the restaurant. The gentleman waited from 12h23, its 13h15 and he still hasnt received my order from the franchise. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I called the franchise, someone answered the call and hung up. I then called the head office and the customer care person said he would call me back..its been 22 minutes and he hasnt called me back.Do not use this branch, their service delivery is pathetic

Second time our order was wrong, entire burger missing from our order by the time u get home and discover it u dont want to go back to sort it out!! So we paid for 6 and got 5. If u go here u better u pack the entire bag to check before going home!!!So to add to this story, decided to give them another chance. Order 391 27 august, goT home to discover that 1 packet of chips is missing. I am so done... over and OUT!! IF THERE WAS A MINUS 1 STAR THATS WHAT THEY WOULD GET.

They didnt give us the dips when we order family meal. The lady responsible for giving us meal just gave us two packs and turn away. We didnt know whether to wait or leave. Very poor customer services from that lady.

How can you let you customers wait half twenty minutes in the drive through to order, no service, everything closed, people inside the branch, staff non responsive just to hear at 18h50 that they have to close at 8 according to the government? Since when? Why are the other branches open? The owner of this franchise must seriously catch a wakeup. You are not even open a month and this is how its going? Burger King SA, make a plan!

First experience at a Burger King ever and the worst experience. Order a wopper with cheese and without sauce. Got a burger with sauce and without no cheese on while the wrapper said whopper with cheese. So where is the cheese? What an experience for a first time

Fastest service even during peak hours. Havent had any problems since they opened up. Like the friendly staff at the drive-thru too.

Drive through was backed up, so we parked and my partner went inside. This is what you would call a super spreader event... no social distancing inside. Employees are just standing looking at screens, trying to figure out who ordered what. Left after an hour of not even having ordered food yet.

Giving this place 1 star because employees working with cooldrinks at the drive through have to deal with bees which are there by the dozens and clearly a risk to employees and customers. The employees are very friendly though and I will say that the speed of service is gradually improving from the first visit when I waited 1 hour for my meal (no exaggeration)

Have been standing in the drive through for 45 minutes and havent even ordered yet. Slowest fast food retailer ever. If I wasnt stuck in the drive thru I would have left a long time ago. Will never come here again

If it was possible to give minus stars I would....*Call, no answer, multiple times.*Was raining, tried to order in the drive thru, get to the ordering interphone just to open my window under the roof to be greeted with what was essentially Victoria falls into my car.*get to the last window to collect the order just to receive the wrong order, they end up fixing it...partially.... as they left the one item out and has to be fixed again...*Staff members started gossiping in their own home language after I made it clear that I am not happy with their service. I recon they did not count on me understanding what they said.I am not stingy on calling the manager for excellent service, but this was horrible, rather drive further to another branch.

Please address this issue asap Im tired of driving to Boksburg or Benoni for good food. Ive edited this review to add a star for the customer care service.. They have contacted me to apologize and assure me that they will get faster.

Order always through Mr Delivery order just got here and my burger was missing. Phone the store after the third attempt someone answered and said we need to hold on waited 5mins and she hanged up.Poor service, Mr Delivery refunded me but it was not there fold but the store.

Advertising is misleading, the food was nothing like the ads on the menu and overpriced for what we got!
