Best burger I have had in a while! Had one with cheese bombs and the flavaaaaaaa??! Goodness!! And the Death by Chocolate shake? Im certainly going to be back!!

LOVE ITmy mom and i went there on friday and the food was brought to us in under 10 minutes the g-shake took like 15 minutes but it was still worth it because it tasted goodAs for there burger menu you can add a variety of toppings which is really amazing.ps: if the owner sees this review you are doing a good job

Amazed with the customer service received. Rocco Mamas turned me from an unsatisfied customer to a customer for life. I complained about the wings and within 2 hours they sent me some of the best wings I have ever eaten.

Today was the first time I visited RocoMamas but I must say I have no excuse for rocking up there I just loved my burger . Nice juicy burger with flavor thanks 😋 RocoMama it was worth the visit.

Service is good. Food always prepared as requested. And Leah (one of the cashiers) is amazing, she helped so much when I was there.

RocoMamas Campus Square was great but I wasnt quite happy with the level of service I received because I had to wait for a bit longer than I expected before I could receive my order.

This is one of the best sit in restaurants in Campus Square with strict adherence to COVID rules. I enjoyed their food and their service quality was top notch.

The food was bad. The burgers were bland. We ordered the Shostar and Double cheese burgers and large chips. Straws would taste better than the chips were hard. The Gshake I ordered was like drinking cristalized ice cream. I was really disappointed coz we were really hungry. 😔

The menu has separate price tag for each item even the sauces .That makes it very expensive

Recently we went to meet up with one of our friends for a buisness lunch. At 12 oclock the coffee mashine was not even prepped. The food ended up coming to us even before they attempted to make our coffees. Because of the open style kitchen we noticed that they forgot our chips and left half our food in the serving window(1 out of the 3 people recived their food and the other food only came around 10 mins later). When we received our food the burger was obviously cold and still no coffee in sight. Eventually more than half way through our food the coffee arrived. Dissapointed, We called the manager and explained the situation and gave us some free coffee. Yet one cup of coffee is a small apology for a very frustrating afternoon.

Oh no this place is a complete nightmare. If they were not wearing uniform Id know they were staff :/

The worst customer service EVER first lf all i get assisted with an order long after other customers who came there after me, rheb my order takes extremely long and once again people that ordered after me still manage to get their take aways before me as well, if my money us not good enough as all these customers coming to que after, me and then to top it all off this young girl working the front till today, obviously now no one knows her name, but description, Indian, grey rocomamas shirt short needs to be trainined on how yk speak to people who is already, annoyed and frustrated with their service and not just bloody tell me, listen Ill call you when its ready. Rocomamas Campus, i will never spend my good earned money in your establishment again

*We were served cold food after waiting for a while.*When we were finally served, the feta on the salad we ordered didnt taste good. We reported it same time, and they thought to add dressing over the bad salad. 😨😰. If I dont order via Uber Eats or Mr D Food, I purchase directly from the store. I have never had a great experience, theres always something wrong. Recently paid for items that werent added to my food as requested, after numerous attempts to contact the store there was no response.

Great restaurant with awesome staff. Wasnt too impressed with over the counter staff, seemed to really not care or unwilling to land a hand to floor staff, who seemed to be battling orders (to a point where a family left before placing an order, received drinks, settled the bill and left from what looked like a disappointment with service).

The burgers and wings are nice and well priced. Ribs are ok and not consistent can be tough and not enjoyable

I ordered burgers to be collected in the store and they were tasty and prepared quickly, however when I went to collect my food, the woman manning the counter was squatting down behind the counter and eating a handful of chips. She made eye contact with me, stood up and chatted to her colleague for about a minute and then came to help me. Once I had been helped they were polite and friendly though. and the food was well prepared.

One of my favorite burgers joints. Its close to the University of Johannesburg, which makes it convenient for students galore. The setting is very trendy and unique which adds to the atmosphere. They truly have one of the best burgers, the prices are reasonable and their chips/French fries are to die for, absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only negative is the service, especially when its a bit packed. It tends to lag a bit, but what they lack in speed they make up in their food and hospitality.

Been there twice since the halal certification and was happy on both occasions. The service was good as well as the burgers, milkshake and wings. A good alternative to the regular eating places in the area.

I was not happy last night with my special number three chicken burger instead of my usual bacon cheese guacamole. Unfortunately there was very little chicken and a whole bunch of hardly edible crunchy hard tasteless stuff surrounding the extremely small dry piece of chicken. I will not recommend a meal where the picture did not match the real meal and made me feel not to trust a meat burger that is not beef at this awesome place where service and drinks are amazing.

This is the best place to go chill after a long day. I used to go there while I was still a student, (I still go there even now) especially on Friday nights. I have to say that the place was (and is) always vibrant, the food always mouthwatering and the waiters and waitresses always meticulous and friendly. Its awesome.. Youll never be disappointed

Poor service - the waiter allocated me a table and never came back.The place doesnt adhere to social distancing regulations, including the seating arrangement. I asked one of the stuff to come and disinfect the table and she refused and said that the table was already disinfected.

I was extremely disappointed yesterday. I ordered the food online and order was all mixed up.We did not receive another order.Special notes were not even considered. The burger patty was completely unseasoned and tasteless. I felt really guilty because my family did not want to order at rocomamas but I talked them into it since I had great experiences at other franchises.😒

Orders for delivery and collection have been incorrect 4 times in a row. Don’t know why I even gave them another chance after the first 2 mess ups. Ordered for delivery, the food took over an hour and a half to arrive. I live less than 5 minutes away. Order was incorrect and I’ve cold. Chips were inedible. When I call to speak to a manager, I get redirected and the phone just rings with no answer. I’ve called 7 times to speak to a manager and have gotten 0 assistance. Don’t waste your money here.

What is great vibe. Felt hungry the minute I walked in. The smell of hot Burgers was mouth watering. We got a great table in the afternoon sun. The view is not the great. It over looks the car park but fun atmosphere quickly has your attention focused inside. We will be coming back.
