The service is slow. they take time to give your order, I had to wait 30 mins for a meal. but because I am patient I waited, over all the food was great

Service is slow and there was foon in the floor in the kitchen area that staff just walked over. Staff not friendly. It is a pity because the location is great and the food is good

Great burgers and awesome value... yes a bit more expensive than the competition, but then again they are not playing in the same leagues as the other burger outlets who are selling inferior tasteless burgers. :)

Service needs to improve, today they were sloppy and had to wait much longer before they could serve me and my kids. Their burgers are the best, however the service was not up to standard.

The drive through was a bit slow but their burgers were worth a waite. I dont like their online order system unless they fixed the part where you pay before your order is confirmed. I have not entered their building as yet. Otherwise, their food is 👍🏾.

This restaurant is a breath of fresh air... Their service is impeccable and fast. They serve with smiles and they have respect for their customers.

Food is at most, ok. Very dry and rushed.... not what you would expect. If SA staff and owners could by trained on quality and quantity of what goes onto a burger, it could mean alot. I see this at many fast ood outlets but these guys took the cake on the two occasions i was there!!

I am not new to Burger King, I recently moved to the area and it was not long till I wanted food from 1 of my favorite FastFoodJoints. Unfortunately upon my 1st visit to this specific branch I incountered an issue with my order.I must say, the manager on duty, Thulisi, handled the the situation with great understanding, showed remorse and was sincere in his apology. He rectified the issue at hand and left me in such a matter that I can happily say I would in future support this branch.Thank you to Thulisi and the staff on duty for their professional service.

Drive thru time is too long.1st Order: (Mr D) 2 Milktart milkshakes ordered. One received plain and the other correct.2nd Order: (Drive Thru) after ordering and repeating twice. Order was wrong. Asked for both meals fries to be swapped for nachos cheese loaded fries. Only 1 was.3rd order: (Mr D) Chilly cheese balls werent packed neatly. One 6pcs were laying on the bottom of the paper bag. The milkshakes werent even filled. Received almost half a shake.Lesson learned to never buy from this branch again.Ill rather drive the extra Kilometers to Glen Marais.

The food is good, but the service not so good. From order my food to collect took about 20 min. But the staff is very polite and friendly.

Im not a very happy customer!!! We love burger king!! But one of the reasons that we go there is for the mayo that you get with your food. But with this place you dont get anything!!! No souses, napkins!! We are really not happy!!! Not even a week open and you cant even make sure everything is in the customers bag!!

Dont go to the Birchleigh branch of Burger King if you have kids. Their ice-cream machine is permanently broken so you never get the FREE ice cream with their kids meals. Manager also very unhelpful. No attempt to make amends to very disappointed kids. Oh but wait....you can get a milk shake. Very disappointed!!
