A female Staff member and security at the door were extremely rude and judgemental. Didnt know that people were employed and paid to insult potential customers. Very disappointing

A very clean & efficient branch that I would be happy to visit again...One small issue is I ordered a chicken burger but got the beef version...But any Burger King Burger is a good burger...Lovely place to sit down too.

Worst Burger King Ive ever gone to. Horrible service and customer care! When I asked how to log a complaint against an employee they laughed straight in my face. To top it all off the food was not properly packaged , personally Im never returning.

This Burger King is continuously disappointing, giving the Burger King Franchise a bad name.Two of the 3 chicken burgers I ordered were not cooked, raw on the inside and leaving us feeling sick at the sight of raw chicken, also putting us at risk of Salmonella.All this after having to wait just before the last window of the drive through till we got a signal to move forward and collect the food.They do not listen to instructions, nor do they follow them.Every single time I have ordered a burger with no garnish, it has had garnish, EVERY SINGLE TIME.The ice cream machine is broken, much to our disappointment as we were looking forward to Milkshakes.The Jalapeño Fries fries were out of stock too.I will not visit this Burger King ever again, I have been disappointed far too many times. What a disgrace.

I didnt enjoy the Whooper burger. The patty tasted differently from my experience with Mall@Carnival and Boksburg outlets of Burger King. It was bland, flat and veggies not really visible.

Burger King has the best vegetarian options - crumbed mozzarella sticks and chilli cheese bites. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended even for my omnivore family

The personnel of this branch are warm and inviting people.We enjoyed a Double Wopper with cheese, along with a bottomless soda of our choice.We sat down for our meal and received really great service. Its best to do the drive through. I didnt feel safe at this place. I always drove through during the day and never noticed how dingy the place is. Its close to Yeoville and the people hanging around show.The staff is great, the food is up to standard but I didnt feel safe on the day that I actually went in and sat.Ill continue to drive through during the day when I use the Louis Botha.

The staff is great, but their burgers are sloppy. The other day they had no cheese and fries.. but insisted on selling at regular prices without even compensation. I bought the burgers anyway without cheese and they were horrible. Is it even a burger without the main ingredient? This is the second time I am disappointed at this place. This is it for me! Customer gone! Honestly I wouldve just preferred a KFC or Chicken Licken at the same spot.
