Staff are friendly. Exciting to try the vegetarian offerings recently introduced.Bottomless drinks does not work if a patron drinks from the cup and places that same cup back against the dispenser (no straw). Its disgusting and high risk especially with this pandemic!If you want your restaurant to stay open, adhere to covid protocol please?

Even though Burger King is by far my favourite fast food place I was dissapointed once again with my lettuce on my long chicken not being fresh anymore.I still think BK is delicious. .they must just really pick up in standard again. .

Totally disappointed with the lack of communication. Burgers get ready and waiting 5 minutes before they noticed and placed in a packet . Waited another 10 minutes for milkshake, why because they had to fill the machine up still. Don’t communicate from the outset that there will be a delay . Asked for my refund for the milkshake and was told to wait for it . Sorry not the first time been disappointed with service from this branch .

The person taking the drive through orders had the patience of an angel when we tried to synchronize our order between 6 people.. even though they couldnt make wraps (tall order for a burger joint), everyone was satisfied! Thank you!

Food is what you’d expect from Burger King. I appreciate that seating should be limited during Covid times, but there should be more aesthetically pleasing ways to limit or rearrange seating than what is currently done.

The kitchen was slow tonight, I ordered the Spicy Fierce Crispy Chicken, got given a whopper instead (only discovered this when I got home) . The guy that took my order had to leave the window to get my food. He really tried and we had a conversation about, how people that work in teams need to pull their weight. I got home after two bites I realized my order was incorrect. Really didnt have the energy to drive back. I drove out specifically for the Spicy Chicken burger from BK. Somebody needs a fire lit under their @55. The guy at the window gets an A for effort, had everybody else been doing their jobs. My order wouldnt have been stuffed up. Cars where queueing longer than usual, the guy in front of me got his order before the car in front of him, he literally drove around the guy and left. Pull the footage see for yourself. Pathetic I will rather drive to Malanshof moving forward.

Burger King does a very good burger. This outlet is no exception. The advantage of this outlet is its Halaal certification.Good, clean environment. Good Covid-19 protocols in place. Good price. Well recommended. 🤗

Poor service and 1 guy was behind the counter and grill went through drive thru no order had to wait in the queue to order. Apparently Manager is on leave no answer on his number very bad service whole staff was lounging while 1 guy behind the counter

Worst Burger King. Service is consistently poor with items or of stock (no Pepsi, no cool drink trays, menu items etc). Twice MrD order was incorrect. This is the only burger king I have been to that has such bad service.

When this branch opened they were fast and efficient.The last two experiences made me reconsider the previous rating supplied.Both experiences resulted in a wrong order being processed (which is partly me to blame - granted).However with my last visit, I found it strange that the drive-through was slow again, I went inside to try and rectify my order by adding the missing items, with only one couple in front of me, waiting for their order.I waited at least 2min for assistance (they were not busy, subject to headcount observation) and when someone got to the counter, she was interrupted by a co-worker who dismissed my intent of placing another order until he was finished, this resulted in me opting out of placing my additional order, making my disgust known and left the restaurant.It did look like nobody new what to do.It explained the slow drive-through.The food was okay though, and did taste fresh.Just did not find the experience of supporting them satisfactory.

Customer experience is consistently bad. Machines dont work. They just cant get it right. Its been 6 months since opening. Its definitely a management and leadership problem. Its a pity because food is good.

Their service is absolutely shocking. Drive thru slow, systems always offline - they dont serve bacon after they used to serve it on the menu. I wont see them again. There is always some service-related issue at this branch

Absolutely livid, ordered through the UberEats app and BurgerKing cancelled my order. The money was deducted from my account and never ever refunded, so Im not certain if this was UberEats or BurgerKings fault. I then proceeded to complain to UberEats, to receive an automated response, 2 weeks later and NO refund. In this time Ive contacted BurgerKing Risidale as well, and was assisted by Mogi, whom advised that UberEats mentioned that they will refund me asap. Yet. NOTHING!

I live in the area , I always buy here, however this time around , this is the 4th week when I come to the outlet and I am still being told the hot beverage machine is still not working in this kind of cold season, this is the 6th time I’m cancelling an a whole meal order, because of machines and going to buy somewhere because things are either not available or machines are broken, COME ON it’s been a month if not more than that

Bad staff. Slow service. No management. There was one cad in front of me and each window took at least 5 minutes. Also countless excuses about their machines being slow or not working. It is not the machines fault. It’s the fact that there is zero management.They weren’t even able to give me my drinks I paid for… just decided to leave without them.

Alot can be done to improve customer experience, Im sure you are well aware by now. My personal experience was being left waiting for my order and then being forgotten and on a few occasions the waiting time, to which I empathised with your staff as I saw they are still new and needed training. Looking beyond the perspective from a traditional customer expecting everything to be perfect. My advice to you is if you want to survive in this day and age where customers have access to reviews and ratings at their fingertips, please skill and invest in your staff, and also a generator, as you lose so much revenue in downtime, not to mention gaining a reputation in not being a capable franchise. It would be a shame if your doors were to close due to such minor issues that ultimately deter customers. I really wish you the best and hope that you remain opened for as long as possible as the product is great value for money.

We were so excited for this store but it wont last long. It is being so poorly managed! Just went through drive-thru: placed the order only to get to the next window and be asked what we had ordered. We were then told they were out of tomato and Lettuce - 2 basic ingredients for almost every burger! Last time, the cleaner at the pick up window was picking his nose before handing us the order. The lack of hygiene and the general chaos for a new store and one that never has more than 2 cars at dinner time is indicative of serious problems. Come on BK - theres so much potential to do well in this location!

Went there to get a light supper for the family. The drive thru menu is not similar to the sit down one. The specials or combos were not available and it was very difficult to make a choice as I was given a list of items to buy. What a waste of time,will avoid them next time

When we arrived for lunch today, it was chaos. Drive through staff operating front of house till, confused customers not knowing which cashier to speak to, and generally a feeling of tension. The food also took 15-20 min to prepare. I wish I could say because it was busy, but it wasnt. Once we received it, the order was wrong. The customer just before us also received an incorrect order. This is really unfortunate as this is a new store and I would hate to see it close and staff lose their jobs because of poor management . Also, why does one have to wait in the parking lot for 10 min for certain items? Thats also happened numerous times.Come on guys...

Two days in a row I tried to support this new local business and both times they didnt have stock. For a new establishment you guys are doing an awful job of ensuring future business.The absolute minimum basic requirement of a food outlet is having stock and you cant even get that right.I hope you close your doors soon so a better company can open there instead of this useless eyesore in our community.

My first order unfortunately had missing items, however after the branch was informed they replaced them. On our second order we waited over an hour to get through the drive through when whe got our food we had to wait 5/10 minutes for the drinks alone and thus the food was cold when it was time to eat it. Today again we waited about 20 minutes for our food and there was only 1 or 2 people in the drive through with us, after receiving the food we again waited 5/10 minutes for the drinks alone. The person at the last window was telling us to stop before the window so the customer timer would not start. This branch on numerous occasions has displayed lack of management, training and customer care as they dont even apologise for the delays. I would highly recommend you skip this burger King and go to another drive through.After talking to the manager she stated they cannot guarantee better service but they hope for my sake it will get better. Butger king should definitely train their staff before opening a new branch

It was a very disappointing experience. The store was dirty, papers on the floor, the work counter was a mess, we couldn’t eat in because every table had been used with leftover food boxes, papers and crumbs, and the other side had a huge puddle of water, could tell it hadn’t been mopped for awhile. And they weren’t busy, we were the only customers ordering, no one was at the drive thru, so the staff just didn’t bother to clean up or sanitise. During this time, cleanliness should be top priority.

This shop is still new, they have a lot to improve on service wise. I waited an hour for a meal and they always make mistakes either order. For example, forget to add chips so you have to go back to the shop to claim missing food itens
