Visited them for the first time today for a coffee. They have a nice collection of coffee and quick bites. The staff is very friendly and efficient with great service. Lovely little bakery. Had the juiciest pies and samosas as well as the best ice cream I have tasted in a while. Also the server squashed one of the puddings I was buying and added another one free of charge.. This definitely made my 4.5 star a five plus star. Thank you for the service.

We had their fournos breakfast , it was absolutely delicious, and very filling. The chai latte was nice and sweet too. Pricing quite reasonable.Definitely would be my breakfast spot

I do not understand why this place got good reviews. Arrived at 11:40, it is now 1pm and we did not get a sandwich. People arriving 20 minutes after us recieved their food and ate and left and we still recieved nothing. Table was wiped by a stinking cloth aswell. Waitresses took our tobasco sauce for another table we asked her nice to bring it back for our food... She threw lid for the tobasco sauce on the floor after crunching it with dirty serviets... from the other customers table. What about Hygiene (and its Covid) then ignoring us when we pointed it out... Calling to her we still needed it back for our food (even with the lid crunched with snotty serviettes and thrown on the floor).We gave up and left.Going home hungry.Never again. And here I liked fornos. This is the worst one I have been to.

Ordered an Executive platter for boxing day. Arrived at 13h13 to pick it up. But no platter made. Asked to wait 30 mins for them to make it. Such shoddy service. No real apology. 45 minutes later and still waiting for my platter. Absolutely shocking!

We are at Fournos at the moment. Service is terrible. We waited ages for a cup of tea. We waited ages for our food and when it finally arrived it was cold. It might be better to just close a restaurant that is so badly run. Why does Fournos in the northern suburbs not have this problem. Where are the owners?

Amazing place the smells alone brings you in through the front door.Amazing baked goods. Cakes made to order even ice cream,Menu available as well for sit down dinning as well.

Some of the best Natas and chocolate croissants. Unfortunately been here several times for breakfast and the service has always been exceptionally poor, very slow and difficult to draw any ones attention. Pity as the food is good.

Awesome coffee milkshakes but they are often extremely slow in helping you to pay your bill when you want to leave. Not recommended for vegans because they dont have any almond or soyo milk for their coffee. They dont have large bottles of still water like the Fournos in Fourways and they serve the still water at room temperature and dont offer any ice. They dont ask what size cappuccino you want and assume you want the small one. They overcook the eggs and ruin your breakfast.

Food and smoothies are good.However the fact that you have to pay multiple times at this till point on one side of the shop is not convenient. Why dont you use the till at the smoothie counter.

Eggs Benedict made out of a toasted roll and foamy hollandaise sauce with gets that looked like it was fried after being poached! What a mess!

Food delicious!

Ordered aioli and was presented with acidic mayonnaise. When asking the waitress where was the garlic in it we were told the chef doesnt use garlic in it but mayo and coriander. 😔

They have cock roaches runing all over the baked goods. They are so bold as to kill it and leave the food out still. Not once but twice did I ask them to kill the roaches on their croissant and bread. 🤢. We seriously have no real health inspectors anymore. I refuse to buy there anymore.

Good evening,I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday at fournos mall of the south. Biggest mistake ever, Ive never been so disappointed even the kids couldnt eat the cake we had to go somewhere else buy another cake, tasted very dry the cream was horrible.

Went for breakfast hoping for a change from M&B . First two items we ordered were out of stock .We left without ordering . One of the out of stock items was rosti . FYI there is a Woolworths ; Pick n Pay and Checkers in the Mall . No manager in site either .This was at 11am this morning .

Literally had the worst service ever! Service is terrible as nobody assisted me with seating. Once seated nobody came and took my order. I opted to have a takeaway instead. My items were packaged in such a way that it all fell apart and honestly looked like a mess!
