Went for dinner last night with my wife and 3 boys and till today both her and myself are having diarrhea. The food definitely left a lot to be desired. The only positive was the service from our waitress Prominent.

I love Spur. The food is great, this Spur has an awesome play area with a child minder. Each child is tagged so they cant escape the restaurant unnoticed. The staff are very attentive and the food came quickly. Definitely try the onion rings when you go.Ordering takeaways from this Spur is a hit and miss though, so Id suggest going in for the best experience.

Been going to Spur at Greenstone Mall for years now and they never disappoint, staff are always friendly, food fresh and delicious and the play area is clean and keeps the kids busy! A staple place for us to go for birthdays and celebrations.

Loved this restaurant, they have amazing kids play area with a caretaker. I appreciate their efforts to put safety of the kids first, they put security tags on kids that beep at the door. The stuff was friendly and we enjoyed our food. Theres also an incredible, talented face drawing artist for the kids!

Superb burger, great service, this Spur sets the bar far all others to aim for. Ill definitely be going there again.

Its your average Spur. Playpen was unsupervised. Anyone could come and go as they pleased. I had to ask the waitress if theres no form of security considering what happened at another Spur some time ago. The security person showed up about an hour later doing one round and disappeared again.The waitress we had, was on point, thats about the only positive.The food were tasteless with more sauce than meat. So disappointing really, whats the standard for Spur these days? Not only on the food, but the safety of our kids as well.

Was there on 28 May for my Granddaughters birthday. Both my daughter and I had ribs which were cold and warm chips. You should have to be careful with chips coz they should be hot from the oil. My daughter ate her ribs coz she was starving but I asked for a container and took mine home. No way was I going to ask for my food to be rewarmed. A few weeks ago my Unreal Breakfast was! Served on a really cold plate. I complained. But the best way is not to go back

Great food. service has improved so much in the past year. Havent had in issue with the food always done perfectly. Honestly we come here at least once a month because of the service and quality!!! Keep up the amazing work guys

We came to this restaurant after Papachinos stated they had a 30mins waiting period, even though there were empty seats and very little people. We thought that within that 30mins we could find a different restaurant and eat a full course meal instead. Thank GOD we left the time wasting Papachinos that made absolutely no sense to civilization.What an Awesome experience at Spur! A lot of foot traffic, two birthdays. However the service was wonderful, the manager and waitress were phenomenal, always checking up on us and our food. The kids play area was safe, they tag your childs clothing, to ensure extra safety for your little one/s.

Spur green stone,not safe at all. Cameras also only cover some part of the restaurant. Even 10min after losing my phone in the store,went back and there was no help what so ever. This was the second time....pathetic for a franchise I and my son log.. ..im deeply hurt and disappointed

A good chain for tasty food. The starters, wings, calamari and mushrooms were just ok and if I returned I wouldn’t bother but the mains were really good, the onion rings were absolutely delicious as were the steaks and ribs. The stand out item was without a doubt the onion rings. I wouldn’t hunt a Spur out but I’d happily return.

Great breakfast...I ate the mushrooms from my son and wife. The mushrooms were hot and tasty. Its the little details like that. And of course the mug of coffee. Brilliant size lasted all through breakfast. I wondered if I could buy a mug.

Service is very poor, we wait for 45 minutes for the food.The food is not fresh, meat is so hard and vegetables taste like been cooked last week.Water to wash hands so cold and arrived after we ate. Pls improve your service

The waiters need some customer service training. They are not sure why they are there. They are not driving sales at all. Teach them... I had to find mine to place every single order like I was bothering him.

Hygiene is a real problem in this place . The bathroom was in a state. Super dirty. Customer Service is poor mybe because it was late so they were tired. My food was very cold

Theyve done really well with the whole social distancing vibe. There are partitions between tables and the whole staff is wearing their masks properly. We didnt see a single persons nose! Food was fresh, beer was tasty, service fantastic.

Very poor service. I was given I table by one of the waiters, while sited another waiter came to tell me to move because the table was booked. I asked him where should i sit, he said i should go outside and queue for them to give me a table. I asked for the manager then the manager said it wasnt my problem that I was given a table that was booked. He said I must just sit there and they will make a plan for the bookings. I was angry and couldnt finish my food.

Prices have gone up, but food is still good. Service was as good for the brand. I had a chicken and avocado salad, very good and my son had a 200g sirloin steak also very well prepared. Service was on par with the expectation.

I enjoyed the Pepper mint crisp tart a lot though I can not share the same sentiment for the Oreo milkshake.The milkshake was not a ten out of ten but the waitress gave us a very good service which in turn, made our afternoon dessert a great experience.

My steak smelt off and then they changed it and it still smelt like it was turning.😱Salad was limp with slimmy bits,Chips were not chrispy and white and onion rings were soggyAll round shocking!Only thing good about being there was the service.We used to ho to this one weekly. Now i think we will stay away

What a cheap place to buy your building material. Friendly staff that will make your stress disappear and walkout with a smile after shopping. Ill advice anyone who wants to build a house to visit that place.

We frequent this spur and would highly recommend it for both family outings and work related visits. They are always helpful and maintain great service. Prices are reasonable and the food is always adequate.

I really dont mind eating at spur its a tradition in this country however the pricing compared to going to a fancier restaurant is not far off. Their food is good but its spur you know how it is going to be.

There are see through partitions between tables to control noise levels as well as to prohibit covid infections. There are plenty USB charging ports making it convenient for those who want to work on their laptops or hold a meeting. Very clean, and the staff is friendly. The children play area is located at a place where it is easy for parents to keep an eye on their children.
