Last night I had the pleasure of eating at Golden falls spur with my wife, from the moment we got there the staff were really friendly, the food was fresh and tasty, the spicey wings were just right, with a nice bite, I could not fault them on this night, managers came to see if everything was OK, and it certainly was, the waitress was super helpful just wish I got her name, and we got a R100 voucher off our meal with our spur card..... job well done golden falls spur columbine 👏

Good food as tantalising as the pictures. All windows in dining area were closed, had to ask for them to be opened but manager was efficient in doing so. Appreciated the friendly waitron. Clean lavatory.

I didnt go all the way into the Stank Ranch. Not because it stunk badly. No, no. Because it stunk gloriously. I wanted to steal something from them and I got it. Came here for a family dine-out. Probably the only negative to the experience was the tight parking space, which is extremely tedious to navigate with a saloon vehicle.Covid-19 protocols were adhered to w.r.t. sanitation and temperature checking upon entering, as well as leaving tables and corridors open between visitors. There was 1 table adjacent a till-area which couldve been handled slightly better.Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful, the burgers were absolutely delicious and decently priced, the drinks felt expensive but there are worse prices out there. It was definitely a pleasant experience.There is an enclosed smokers section for any interested

Was warmly welcomed by Babalwa the waitress and given time to look at the menu. Orders correctly taken but food took long as I didnt expect my lovely daughters food to come with our food, Friendly Babalwa kept on checking on us but no manager did that of Which I believe it is also a managers duty to check on customers. More especially considering that the shop only had two tables. Hope the next time we visit there will a better service in management. Also wanna thank Sibongile as she was nice and friendly to my daughter when we were paying the bill. Above all the food was delicious and Babalwa deserve a promotion.

What a terrible experience I had at this spur branch.Firstly, the waiter did not introduce himself, secondly, the food was ice cold when it arrived at the table, the one lady had ordered a waffle and coffee, the coffee never arrived!!!! Myself and the other lady ordered the unreal breakfast, but like I say it was cold!!!No one came round to see if our order was up to standard. We normally go to this branch for breakfast and sometimes for other meals too! We do take lots of overseas visitors to your spur too!! Hope the service will improve, else you would lose customers.Very unhappy client

Initially I gave this store a 1 mainly because food was so bad. I have change my rating since my last visit. My fillet steak was succulent, juicy and tasty. The spinach was not clumpy as previously. All food was cooked well - so a great improvement. Service was great, no complaints.

We had a 2nd Birthday Party for my baby and the kids loved the Play area and they accommodated with the food requirements for the vegetarians as well.

I waited an over an hour for my food, sadly it came cold, waitress took my food to get it warmed but they only warmed my chips everything else was cold. Had I wanted cold food I would have order sushi if they had that on the menu😔very disappointed shem

I went in for breakfast so it was very quite. my food took forever to arrive and when it finally did the order was wrong. My chosen dessert that was on special was not available, I think that something thats on promotion should at least be available.on a plus side my waiter Tsepho was quite friendly and apologetic

Clean and Efficient Functional Servive.Under these CV19 circumstances I am duly impressed with the manner in which Spur has been obliging with our Governments risk adjusted regulations.Their tables and ancillaries are frequently sanitized and unlike most restaurants the still insist that patron who enters their restaurant fills out the provided trace list.Cutlery is served in a glass of boiling water and every second table is reserved as a means of social distancing between patrons.In terms of their service, all but their order/delivery is in order. It always seems to take longer for orders to come out even if they arent as packed as under normal circumstances. Maybe their prioritising the delivery app orders or something to that degree, but I find it prosaic.

The unreal breakfast is over the moon and service is always on point

Their windows are filthy, very poor housekeeping, clearly not cleaned regularly...the place in general looks in a very sad state...nothing jacking up on their personal housekeeping cannot change...the service however was fine

Always a nice relaxed clean place to be at...prefer it to any other Spur Ive been to especially the play area. I would really love a child minder to be there more often than they are currently as it gives me more peace of mind...but besides that i love the breakfast and coffee and hot chocolate I usually order... thumbs up Golden Spur..Olivia

Brought my 7 year old grandson for his birthday at 17h30. Eventually at 20h12 they wished him with a happy birthday song after numerous request.Very disappointed with the service, especially when the place was at around 40% occupancy.

This is a good place to go with family, Im not a big fan of the food though, the food is sometimes not done how you would like it, it could be much better. They usually busy and the service is hence degraded.

My salad did not have croutons,, and when I asked the manager, it took them 10 minutes to bring cut toasted bread. The fish fingers were burnt . The salad dressing was watery.

Mybkids love the big play area

Brought my three grandkids here last Saturday to celebrate their fathers heavenly birthday, they just did not want to leave. They really had a great time and enjoyed themselves.

I come here on weekdays....when they are not really that busy....but on 2 conservative occasions I had very poor service. They take your order and just forget about you. I had to approach the front desk for service. I can actually see the restaurant not busy...but dont understand why the service is soo bad....I will now go to another nearest Spur in future. Eventually....the manager Leckson came to my rescue. He did apologize and made up for my being upset ...he also offered me a kalua coffee on the house...so in all fairness...I will try them again in the near future. 😊🤩
