Food was really good. Service was good and didnt wait long for the order to come.They also did something special for fathers day.

The service was terrible. Had to wait forever for service, when we finally ordered drinks, it took forever as well. We ended up ordering a takeaway due to so much time wasted. People at the the door was queueing and no one to seat them.. customers ended up walking away. This store needs to teach customer service to everyone including the managers. Very disappointed!!

We came as a group of 4 adults and 6 children... And children being children kept asking for water individually but believe you me our waiter kept bringing the water in a glass for each child and that time hes not only serving our table so we obviously need to keep looking around for him when a kid asks for water... Shame one of the kids whos 5 even got so thirsty that she even walked to the kitchen to go and ask for water 😅only when we asked for the bill and were about to leave he then thinks of bringing the water in a jug 🤦‍♀️

The only pizza place where you dont have to order extra cheese to have a normal amount of cheese on the pizza.Pizzas were amazing, decent pricing.Will go back

Place was uncomfortable... felt very hot inside as if aircons werent working....And food wasnt worth the money. Would have been happier cooking at home.

Giant portions, friendly staff, and loads of cheese :-)Not much better for a kid friendly pizza/pasta joint.The kids play area could be a bit better... its cluttered and seems slightly dated.

Lovely restaurant, waiters are fully equipped. Most of them know their way around pouring drinks to making pizzas and more. Good service, kids play area, perfect for the little ones. No smoking area however alcohol is served with some super deals on the food and beverages.

Waited more than an hour for food when they werent even busy. Service was terrible as waiters would rather stand around on their phones and chatting than serving customers. Manager was more interested in his GF. Will never visit this restaurant again. Pathetic

Come to eat at Panarottis on Tuesday. You can eat classic pizzas and pastas for only R.59.We had to wait for 15 min to waiter to serve our table. Luckily, we were not on rush to go anywhere. Overall. The food was good. The main reason, we come to Panarottis is Kids play room. Frans loves playing on the Arcade game machines. The game are free.

Awesome service. Ordered vegan pizzas and they have been amazing each time Ive ordered them. Friendly staff as well and the one lady I had, was super chatty and nice at the till. Also, good pricing. The branch at fourways mall is the one I go to and from experience Ive had, theyre worth going to.

Although I had a bad first experience, the excellent service here has made me reconsider my initial rating. Because I did not enjoy my first order, panorottis went out of their way to contact me and send me a free meal. The replacement meal was so delicious. One of the best subs Ive eaten in awhile. I truly appreciate it and because of that, you have earned a lifelong customer. I also really appreciate the fact that the vegan menu is so large. Thanks so much

The food was relatively good, the vegan substitute for Beef Mince was good, quite tasty actually and the other pizzas were nice. The Tiramisu was somewhat sour, not what we expected and we sent it back. The carrot cake seemed a bit un-thawed (if thats a word). The service was good, but, the wait for food was a let down. And, two meals arrived at the table and the other two meals (after three requests) arrived about 10 minutes after. Not a horrible experience by any means, but, not great either. Will we be back anytime soon, probably not.

DISGUSTING! Sloppy, burnt, cold, and some peices of my pizza have no crust!?! Its literally sauce and some random meat thrown in a box...and I am not over exaggerating! I have never in my life had such a bad pizza or take-away.

I went there yesterday and they only had 2 tables. Unfortunately we didnt even receive the chilli, parmessan cheese and garlic plus our pizza base was soggy and the milkshakes not blended properly. The waiter didnt even bother to come to the table and check if everything was ok. After eating, we finally saw him walking past and asked him why we didnt receive these and was told they were not serving due to saving money. Please do not support this restaurant as clearly they might be cutting down on other items for your food as well and charging full price. The only thing they lowered was their service and level of being an awesome pizza restaurant. Really disappointed.

Great pizza but the order took too long

I had never had panarottis before, but heard about the vegan options and had to try it out, the vegan Al Capone was amazing , and my girlfriend loved the regular chicken mayo pizza too, the staff were friendly and helpful and the prices were surprisingly good. Overall the experience was fantastic, 100% recommend.

Nkosi the manager has no flexibility or emotion for his duties. Panarottis closes at 7.30 with covid however they wont extend their specials for take away? If your not flexible as a company with your rules and are wanting to close early you will have no customers or orders . i tried to support your business today for your Tuesday special but however cannot get there so early. Why not allow the Tuesday special for take away ?

Worst meal ever, the beef was having a rot smell. We told the waiter and he just said sorry. Our stomachs were unconformable and we all have to rush to the bathrooms when we get home. It was a terrible experience.Im disappointed and dont think I will ever set my foot in that restaurant.

Excellent food however the service was mediocre, our waitress failed to tell us her name and didnt conduct herself with proper waitress etiquette. The food was delicious and prepared at a reasonable time.

I had my 1st Panarottis meal in Port Elizabeth while on vacay and i was hooked- so when I got back to joburg I looked for the closest one to me and fourways has been the best. Thank you Guys

Not at all up to panarottis standards. Don Pedro came with cream that was sour .. waiter takes forever to serve , and the restaurant has an odd smell.

Slow service , half the things on the menu werent available and we had to keep changing our order. The carrot cake was dry and had a cardboard taste to it. The waitress (Faith) did try though.

No one makes pizzas like Panarottis, handcrafted bases, sufficient toppings and not to saucy, through a woodstove oven... you can almost taste the love the staff put into making the product. Always has awesome and creative toppings options. Definitely value for money!

Waited 50min for two pizzas

The food here is amazing! One of the best pizzas Ive ever had.The restaurant was understaffed, not enough waiters, and as I result I watched quite a few people join the queue and leave.The waitors on duty made a valiant effort and kept us happy even though they were under severe pressure, however, as the lunch crowd drew in the restaurant became complete chaos.

Was at Panarottis Fourways from mid morning until afternoon. I was working (...and eating too!). There is free wifi. Food is great and the service is top notch (my waiter was Precious - she was wonderful, responsive and very helpful). I would recommend anyone who needs a good bite to come through.

Loved the starter 3 cheese flat bread. But the main course was terrible. The steak tasted like it was boiled and the barbecue sauce was too sweet. Feeling sick right now from the meat, definitely wont go back.

Social Distancing is a high priority, Pizzas and pasta dishes are amazing. Friendly staff.

We were at Panarottis for the Fourways Mall official opening and it was such an awesome experience. The food was amazing, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the vibe was fantastic. I highly recommend Panarottis Fourways!

Panatottis fourways is really a good restaurant I must say, the service and food was really good. Our waiter Junior was really good and very friendly. We had a girls evening and it was great. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Food was terrible guys! The raviolli was covered in cheap packet instant cheese sauce, the chicken wings were raw with blood and covered in the weirdest BBQ sauce, the chicken on the pizza looked raw - almost as if it was put on the pizza frozen and the water melted around it. We paid R600 and couldnt eat anything. Dont eat here. Just dont. Oh and I almost forgot! We found plastic in the food! Dont do it.

I was so happy that Panarottis Was opening again in Fourways but it seems they are taking a bit of time to get their service up to scratch. Make no mistake I still think Panarottis make the best Pizza’s ever and Panarottis Fourways is no exception . Granted we have only ordered to collect from Panarottis but they have messed up the order three out of four times but have been friendly in their service and apologies. I have high hopes so will hope to revise my review in the near future.

The all-you-can-eat on Thursdays was fantastic. They were very accommodating for those that were vegan and vegetarian. Great service and very friendly staff.

Service was very slow even though the restaurant was not busy at all, food was great just waited a long time with no explanation. Otherwise good.

Had a great experience and love the initiative of live entertainment that they do on the last Thursdays of the month! What a refreshing atmosphere!

Worst restaurant ever!!! Not only is the food terrible but the service is twice a bad. How is the staff meant to be friendly when the Managers are treating them so harshly. A manger by the name Nicole raised her voice at her staff saying go clean the toilets, oh wait, maybe I should go shxt first so you can then see the color of it and flush for me. Poor lady burst into tears on the spot and I was so shattered I left the restaurant immediately.

Memory our waitress was just amazing, we had a very nice time for dinner.

All you can eat Thursdays, absolutely amazing! They even catered vegan options which were delicious!

My son decided he wanted pizza for his birthday so we thought wed give our local Panarottis a try. The food was bland, service was super delayed despite there only being two other families sitting down on a Wednesday night. We asked for colouring crayons and paper and were given a single sheet and a single red crayon (I have 2 boys). They didnt even have a sparkler to put on an ice cream for him. We did ask about it and was told that the sparklers cant be found.Will never return.

Bad service. With dirty plates. Food coming later than others. Taking their time as if we are not paying customers.
