It was busy, the service was acceptable. My personal opinion is to order the beef or prawn variants of the dishes. My chicken dish wasn’t too good. Overall a good dinner.

My Four stars are in loyalty of everything Simply Asia represents!!It saddens me that the menu has become a bit more commercialized, the flavor a bit water down and the overall Thai experience a little lost!Despite that, the food was still good!The service was slow and almost a bit off putting, and it happens every time I try the restaurant out.Do it for the Thai!

The manager of simply asia was so helpful and even offered to change my cutlery and plating for creating a food video.I will definitely be going back due to the excellent service and hospitality received.

I love Simply Asia Rosebank, and its become a firm favorite! I always try new things on the menu and Im never disappointed. Great service, excellent food!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Nevertheless, this does not hide the fact that the cooks probably used 2-minute noodles for my 514. The noodles were still hard and crunchy and it felt like the portion was more suitable for a child or a supermodel on one serious diet.

A fair Simply Asia. Thai curries are good here, but the classic Pad Thai is very bland and overwhelmed by the taste of egg.

We got food poisoning from your food ordered Tues 14 Dec 2020 from the Rosebank branch. The doctor that we saw advised that we werent the only case from Simply Asia that she had in the past few days. Unacceptable and especially during a pandemic when everyone should be taking EXTRA PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF HUMAN BEINGS who could potentially die from eating food from your kitchen. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted. Please follow up on this and investigate so as to prevent others from getting ill.

If you are sugar conscious as some of us perhaps it would be better to make your own friend rice In your house.Specifically asked for them not to add any sweetener but unfortunately my fried rice tasted more like dessert than rice, perhaps they should look into cutting down or removing any artificial sweeteners from any of their ingredients.Apart from that the portions are great especially for the price paid.

Their service is good and the food is always delicious. If you have a dietary requirement, be sure to communicate that and also check the food before you eat it as we have had issues twice before, both times they offered to replace the dish without hesitation. It does take quite long for your order to arrive, but because you can see into the kitchen you can tell that they work for that whole time on your meal. Its well placed, just outside of the cinema and next to the food court, easily accessible from parking. Their prices are good, especially if you eat vegetarian.

Very authentic taste. I tried Thai curry (green) and it was amazingly good. Though the accompanying rice was very less for a sumptuous meal, I enjoyed the dinner here a lot.

Exactly what I was hoping for. Excellent Tom Yum soup & stir fried duck. Good value, friendly staff, would go again next time im in Johannesburg.

The food is well prepared, and flavourful. It does tend to get busy on weekends, but even then the service is good. Never had a bad experience.

Food was on point.Staff were friendly and knew whats going on in their menu.I wanted to mix a few things into my meals to personalise it to my fancy and the Manager was a star in making sure it was done to flavour perfection!

Great food but its been a long time since...;-).

Not my favourite simply Asia. I think they would do better if they move away from the food court and rather move to the restaurant area. There were kids running through the restaurant and the Ming bean noodles were not as soft and supple as what I am used to at simply Asia. The soy sauce taste watered down and the broccoli was not fully green (it had some yellow on it). Aside from that it is still a healthy alternative

Eat inhouse. I placed an order for delivery on multiple occasions and it arrived late always! Most recent waiting time is 1.5hours wait!!!!! Rubbish

Received poor service, staff kept pestering me to order quickly. After I ordered they took some time to prepare yet still gave me the wrong order. Very disappointed

Food was good, after all prepared by a Thai chef, but service and staff attitude is terribly bad, we went there just around lunch time with only 2 or 3 tables being occupied, we were a group of 4 we requested the waiter if we could join the 2 tables since one was quite small for the food we order, and she blatantly said NO we will have customers coming, not sure if the Name of waiter was HAPPY, they whole time we spend there from placing our order to leaving we did not receive good service from Happy, And guess what when we left there were still only 2-3 tables occupied and rest was empty yet our request was rudely reject... Truly prefer Killarney mall outlet over the Zone one, atleast the staff knows how to treat the customer....Some customer service training required at this franchisee...Hope Simply Asia is listening :)

The food was absolutely great and perfect and the service is quick but the setting of the place is not the best. Its not a comfortable cosy setting where you would be tempted to stay for long.

Drove from work to Rosebank closer to home just to get Terrible service lastnight at 8:40pm, for a nice Tom yum soup, to be told by a proud arrogance of a manager that the kitchen is closed and they closing due to it being quite, where is the drive and ambitious nowadays to provide a service by attending to your clients needs which in turn drives revenue even if it means his there 20min or 5min before you close, then owner cry to make ends meet due to not enough business affecting profitability but neither staff nor the manager worries.
