Ordered crunch sliders.....very disappointing....no crunch....no zinger....just a soggy fillet cut in half.....definitely does not look like the ads.....wont be having that again....

Food was good, fresh and order was received without any issues/errors. Staff were very polite and service was speedy. Overall good experience.

Im totally annoyed by the service I got today. I was 59mins for my meal and then I was told to wait another 15mins?what bull is this?? I had to then call management who was also very rude to meal to ask if I can make another order only to be given cold burgers. I need this to be dealt with. I have never experienced such poor service

The Service is Shocking. I ordered 3 ice-creams at 17h15 today. I stood until 17h25 before she called me to start preparing it. When I complained she proceed to blame me. She told me that she had called me before. I told her that I was standing in front of her the entire time and she did not call me. I am shocked at the cheekiness and bad service. I come from the same industry and we learned that the customer is always right. Dont argue but apologize. She did not even say sorry......

Chips was dry like it had been sitting out for a while....wrong coldrink was given aswel....🙁
