Excellent service by NSIKO, had a query and she handled it the way all kfc stores should handle it and I was actually surprised that a kfc store actually worries about their customers. WELL DONE NSIKO

Good service, properly prepared food.

It was my first time not fully enjoying a kfc meal. The chicken was dry and under-seasoned. However, the mash + gravy was really tasty.

I think this kfc can do better around 16:00. Peak hours, especially the drive through.

The store very clean, the chicken was fresh and tasty. Their breakfast menu very good.

27/01/2021, I went to this KFC branch with my Fiance and we were extremely happy about the experience. Firstly, the quality of food reminded us of the good old KFC which was tasteful and not like the other branches where it feels like were eating oily cardboard. Secondly, We ordered via the drive-thru and was served by Khethiwe and Nokwanda who were both friendly and actually happy to serve us. Thirdly, the food was prepared very fast and we did not have to wait long. I strongly recommend this branch and will be supporting them going forward.

The drive thru pick-up was delayed and uncomfortable in the searing heat. Ordering at the in-counter appeared quicker..

Good service with a smile

Made a small pit stop on our way to visit the family whilst on the way from Church. I must mention that the KFC was extremely clean. The staff where friendly. The wife had a small issue with the chicken and they exchanged it with out a fuss.

I bought all in one meal and wings only to find out there is no wings when m home.and I tried to call them they dont pick the phone.poor service they worry about gossiping.

This place is not the same eny more. The food is going back wards the service is going bad. Why not open chicken liking in KFC place.

The quality of customer service has deteriorated. The food has literally lacked sauce every time Ive went there. Not to mention, if you looking for ice cream, you look elsewhere. They normally dont have any.

The drive through is always dizzy! Theres a lady who takes your order then she goes and goes to the till point to tell the one at the till what you ordered, thats like ordering twice!!!

Been there on 28/10/19 at around 9:30pm, I ordered a box master and some chips , I was told the fillet will take about 10 mins, I got to the next window and the lady just said parking , move like I was in a classroom.....told her nobody was behind me , she arrogantly walked away , speaking to her friends about doing something to my box master. .....absolutely pathetic, Id never support them again. ...they feel like they doing us a huge favor by being there

We waited for almost an hour for hour order to be taken n after the waiting we were told the chicken is finished and the stuff was not friendly at all

Shocking service. My daughter and her friend waited 40 minutes for two cold drinks while other people who had ordered well after them were leaving with their big bags of food. I complained to the manager who didnt seem to care at all. Absolutely appalling. I will never go there again.

Will reserve my comment..... in short, no attention is given to anything. Cards & cash accepted, wheelchair accessible, spacious & clean offering table sitting as you eat, next to Southway Mall (small mall) & garage. Full of high school students at times. Not for romantic dates and not cozy area.

Its funny how the door has a sticker which reads we care about you; but the customer service Is by far the worst I have ever experienced. The staff are rude, the food is undercooked and poorly prepared, Im surprised the wait time is so long because the chicken isnt even cooked all the way through.As for the staff, the food was ready, the staff was right in front of it , we went to collect it and the staff ignored us for atleast 10 minutes while we called, tried to get their attention and staring them right in the face as they looked at us and laughed.This establishment should have closed for good, what were they even renovating?.

The KFC was great; the restaurant was very well cleaned. Friendly cashier and staff. I only had a small problem with the waiting. It was a little but long but I cant complain! Definately returning!

Been living in the erea for years and for years Ive never heard a good thing about this KFC. Every now and then Id go back to try the chicken again in hopes that It would be different this time, unsurprisingly!!! They seem to only get one thing right? And thats for you to never come back again, and I will never try this KFC again, infact !? Its put me off KFC for a very very long time. You will not be missed.

Service was God but slow

Long wait and they mixed up my order.I ordered the lunchbox with 3 pieces chicken, chips and a drink.I got 1 piece chicken, 2 wings and a crunch burger.Was too hungry to drive back and complain though.
