Great place to actually purchase fresh fried chicken as compared to some of the other franchises nearby but we encountered a problem upon arrival today.Went into the drive-thru to purchase a family meal, got to the payment booth, was offered a card machine to use and was asked to swipe not once, not twice but three times for one order because the machine was faulty and was guaranteed a reversal which only happened twice instead.What Im disappointed with is how the manager, Siyanda, used hand gestures, which identified frustration, whilst explaining himself to me and my mother about their inconvenience - being a person who works in a retail environment, Ive dealt with such situations plenty of times before and normally, after the first transaction, I politely ask customers to make a cash payment instead whilst we try to solve the issue with the card machine.Clarity really surpasses everything else whenever youre working with people as its easier to understand someone when theyre clear with the issue at hand and actually provide an alternative instead of making situation harder for themselves - he clearly does not have extensive training when it comes to POS/POS-related issues, providing proper customer service and needs to pick up on that or hell lose more customers as he has with my family and I.

Service is poor. The combination of a drive through & walk through at night is horrific. People start fighting because of that. Drunk people walk to the drive through and cause havoc with drivers.
