A bit of an odd shaped store to be honest.. The food was nice... Nandos is always nice where ever you go so no surprise there .. loved the new custard treat.

One of the worst dining experiences. The staff are arrogant and the service is appalling. You are made to feel like you are an inconvenience when you ask for anything. The chicken was unappealing and the drinks order arrived long after the meal was over....as it had been forgotten despite two reminders. Will never go back

Very slow service. Only 1 cashier during the busiest times. Unfriendly staff who come across as if they are doing you a favor. Ordered a milkshake which arrived way after our meals were finished. Doesnt seem like the mgt of this organization care much

Was so impressed with the excellent service of the staff and the excellent preparation of the food. I am used to the usual standards at a Nandos store, however this store is a few notches above the other Nandos I visit. I would highly recommend the Westwood store.

Nandos Sherwood is one of the few nandos establishments that has good consistency and their food is delicious. The nandos brand in Durban has really gone downhill for the most part but this store ensures you get value for money and will not be disappointed. When you ask for extra sause you actually get it. Keep up the great work guys

Worst nandos branch to deal with if you order for delivery. Order is always incorrect when delivered, even if i repeat the entire order to the staff member when ordering. No consistency with the food prep. They also have a habit of overcharging for delivery. Please check your delivery order before paying!

Was good but,Nandos...your portions, sort it out..2 many complaints, the birds are to small R12..for a Portuguese Roll ..that is a complete rip off.....people are not living in Europe here, most SAs.are battling & a lot unemployment, so cant enjoy Nandos, thats really Sad😥..💔

Glad that they have veggie options now with the same great Nandos taste. Furniture could be cleaner though.

No Westwood, ZERO STARS last night my order did at all, about an hour it was canceled. No refund. Today I ordered again. Chicken was fine. EXCEPT THE FACT I WAS GIVEN A CHICKEN NECK. Churros were great. The cheese garlic rolls well, they not garlic at all, process cheese that was slightly melted. Tasted horibble, only one person in my household eats processed cheese. What a waste 4 rolls @ R80. Clearly you guys were out of stock on normal cheese but call me first to check if I want a substitute My 2 orders were exactly R500. To receive poor service and poor quality food. Is just so frustrating and disappointing especially that u hungry and waiting for this food, then I deal with all the complaints from my family.

We ordered from Westwood mall x4 festa fries...it tasted nice except for the fact that it was not hot even though we ordered hot...the portion was small and there wasnt enough sauce...please could you improve on this as we always order from nandos..Thank you

Nandos is over priced and the quality of their chicken is not like it used to be. They need to really make something something for me to purchase there again. In tough financial times, most people cannot afford to eat out and there are many cheaper tastier options out there. In my opinion I do not see Nandos surviving in the next few years unless their market strategy changes

This review is in light of delivery. The disappointment of ordering from this store ranged from incorrect orders that had to be sent back to waiting an hour and a half for our food to be delivered just to end up having a burger that tasted how the box it came in smelled. Not a happy moment.

Very slow service. Came along all the way from London and it’s sad to see that the service is so poor. I had a baby cockroach in my salad.

The chips were so badly done. It tasted like a day old. On the second visit... Same story.
