Ive always enjoyed KFC food, but it has to be fresh. Rather eat in store as soon as you get it as opposed to going home and eating it there.

Always not so crowded making it a good stop for a quick bite!

Always 10/10 Service, Friendly service, clean store,I live in Asherville and come all the way to that store cos of the service and The quality of the food there.

I ordered online and paid via card ... u get a msg to say click on the link so the order is checked in ... only to go to the store wait 20 mins .... then to be told to wait another 5 mins ... ridiculous to use online.The store is full with uber and Mr drivers are attended to without delay. Seems they get preference.

Very long wait. I ordered a 21pc bucket and had to wait over 30mins for my chicken to arrive however other orders of chicken were being ordered and collected pass me.

Mopping floors around our feet after asking them to stop . The smell of the cleaning product put us off our meals and wet shoes . No safety signs floor soaking wet . Discussed with treatment

Terrible service, had to wait 40 mins for our take away. I have no idea how a KFC can not have any chicken ready at 7pm. If we were told upfront we could have tried another place and not wasted our time.
