Bought a family box, says bucket of chips, more like less than a bucket of blonde slap chips, chicken dry as hell and you have to wait a long time like its being prepared fresh but its just a farce. Plus they give you gel sanitizer which is sticky and they expect you to eat with it, please avoid this store like the plague!

It is standard for all food outlets to practice good hygiene. In this Covid period that practice has gain more importance. I was waiting in line to order when I noticed that the staff at the back of the store, especially the lady putting the meals together, were not wearing their masks to cover their nose & mouth, but covering the chin. I didnt want to risk it so I left & went to Panarottis instead.

The longest wait for food I have ever experienced in any KFC around the country. Almost 45 minutes. Also only one person at the till with a queue extending outside the store.

This is the first ever ive experienced such odly tasting food at KFC.The chips tastes like fish like the oil is old.The big chicken pieces does not taste like orginal KFC chicken more like home made.There is alot to improve here even the red on the seating is tearing.

Very poor service, stuff sluggish and rude. Had to wait 45 minutes for a very berry crushers oder, when my order was finally dispatched it was nothing close to what a normal KFC very berry crushers looks like, was just white like pure icecream and when I complained the gentleman that was assisting me just left my order on the dispatch counter and left me like that.

If customers place orders through Mr. D and Uber Eats and you dont have the flavored cold drink that is ordered and confirmed you need to specify this or ask for an alternative. Dont just send whatever you feel like it. Its not the delivery drivers fault either, its your responsibility.

Same as the other KFCs in the area. Food is either undercooked overcooked or stale. Store is generally neat and tidy but expect to stand in a que for quite some time. Parking is a non issue and there is ample seating although all indoors. Good if youre feeling like fried chicken with the family for wither takeaway or seated eating.

If the food is not extremely bland then its dangerously under cooked, or sometimes the chicken is even GREY. Really disappointing, KFC has really lost its touch. Not just this one but most of the Franchises Ive been too recently. GET IT TOGETHER KFC!

KFC Bluff, is pretty good as far as KFCs go. The store is nice an updated, everything looks nice, the staff is generally good and unless its super busy the tables are kept pretty clean. The wait times for your food also arent too bad. The food itself can sometimes be very tasty, super dry or sometimes even raw in the middle, Ive had mixed experiences. Items that have never disappointed me though are the zinger wings, the boxmaster or the tower burger. Chips are usually also nicely done, just tiny portions sometimes, Ive never had any luck with the chicken pieces.

The food was a bit overcooked however My twister was amazing.

Excellent service offered by staff. Cashier asking for R2 donation which goes towards kid fund. Thats awesome.

Always check that you have your correct order.There are times the food was lovely and there were times where the food was not so great and I had found fly eggs in my chicken. I have stopped eating KFC because this has happened at other store branches.

One of the worst KFCs in the Bluff/Durban area. If they dont ask you 10 times what you ordered, their card machines will be out of order or the service you will receive is pathetic.I would avoid this franchise together with their other branch on Bluff Road with a 10 feet barge pole.

I work at the rossburgh area which is out of bounds for this kfc to deliver but they made a plan and delivered my order.

Compared to all the KFCs Ive been to, this is the worst, The service is very Bad and most of the time the chicken is too dry like They are giving you yesterdays fried chicken and at one time the chicken pieces they gave Me were less and when I came back to complain they acted as if I was a thief until they discovered that they gave Me the wrong parcel and all they did was just swapping the parcels and No apology.

I wish I could give them no stars.I Went kfc on the today and orderd a kitkat krusher and went out the shop then when I tasted it the milk was spoiled I went back to them and the manager refused to give me a refund cause I didnt have the invoice, I told them its in there bin and they still refused to give my refund then I had to dig there bin and find the invoice to get my refund.
