Its KFC, what more can you say. The chicken is good and did not disappoint. The have a this outdoor seating area which has a good view of the Bayhead industrial area.

3 stars go to friendly staff, good covid protocol.However, gone are the days when there really was 11 herbs and spices.Some of the chicken needed a hair salon and thats certainly a low blow to the brand and customer!

Excellent service. Shift Leader Lindani came on board and assisted as the place started to get busy. Handle a customer who came for a promotion in a very professional manner.

Meals are always up to standard. The only problem is that they are short staffed and their drive thru is often unavailable because of this.

Cant understand why they have a drive-thru. I have to wait in the parking area for my order. 50% of the time they dont have one of the item that is ordered.

My order was short of the 2 chips from the all in one plus meal and the chicken had a thick, sticky feeling in the mouth, like old oil. My piece of chicken was ice cold in the centre. The chips that came with the bucket of wings were old and floppy and when I called the staff member was kind and advised they will get someone to deliver what was short but that did not happen and its now closed🤔. Very disappointing😱🤢

Very poor service at drivethrough ,the speaker fone to place order did not work ,when I arrived the collection window had to place my order ,waited over half hour.i was requested to park and wait for order in front of outlet. IN THE EXTREMELY HOT WEATHER. Worse service at a KFC drive through. NEVER AGAIN GOING THERE

First went to the Chicken Licken Fynlands Bluff. What bad service. Unfriendly staff and no choice of menu items. Will not go there again. KFC in the other hand was friendly and food was great.

Best KFC on the bluff as the other ones quality is really bad. However there ticket system does not work. After ordering hand your ticket in to get your order quicker, dont wait for the screen it does not work.
