They sold me their famous Streetwise 2, (chicken) than I asked and begged for toothpicks, that looked me straight into my eyes, and said they arent a 5 stars restaurant.

The staff was not helpful at all .was a drive through and a middle window of payment was not working and I stood there for a while . When I mentioned that to the staff member she just continued with sale ignoring the question of why they do not write a sign in the window saying proceed to next window

The worst kfc you could ever go to . Very disappointed with the customer service and unfortunately you dont receive hot and fresh kfc chicken. I prefer going to the KFC at Springfield park intersite ave Durban. You get the best service and the staff at this KFC know how to value their customers .

I ordered a crunchy sweet chillu Twister, but When I arrived home to open it, I discovered that it was soggy and falling apart, the meat not crunchy!! I was not happy at all.

Staff always get special request wrong. They dont speak clearly either. No tomato, you get the tomato, Extra mayo, you get normal mayo. Ps: I only use the drive thru.

Drive thru takes forever then whilst giving order they awitcj mic off so they cant hear your order and when they do give order its the wrong order and all they can say is SORRY. we dont have petrol to waste to run up and down to change an order. WONT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE

Never going there again and this my first which is much worse. After doing an exchange of burnt chicken it was still dry and a total waste of time. We usually drive from musgrave to durban north but decided to give Florida road a try and a huge mistake that was so yes never again.

Very unfriendly staff took my order. 1st agreed to swop my cool drinks for a medium mash and a mash and gravy. When came for collection, they refused to do the swop. Then, I was told to wait for 9 minutes for wings. I couldnt wait cus I was rushing to pick up my staff load from Pavilion mall at 9pm. It was already 8h52pm. I cancelled my order and requested my money. No apology for their mistake and changing their minds on the agreed arrangement. I will not visit that branch again until I get an apology from the management of that branch. I will not recommend them to my tourists as well, whether local or foreigners. Very disturbing experience at a renewed KFC branch. The old store had very friendly staff and flexible people. In my 10 yrs as a customer in the old store, I never had an issue with anyone else.

They were out of machine soda; I bought a wrapsta box and my wrap had no tomato, and a corner of cheese, not a slice.

I think this is the best KFC in Durban. The museum lounge area is excellent. Their mash and gravy is to die for.

I never ever complain about food at any restaurant or fast food establishment but the KFC dunked wings that I have just received from this outlet via Uber Eats is extremely dissapointing. Very poor quality and standard. Disgusted to say the least.
