I bought a Mac feast yesterday and it had a bit of an odd smell but I overlooked it cause I was hungry, I’ve been up since 4am having diarrhea, I am so disappointed. Should anything happen to me Mac Donald’s Sandown would be the reason. This is food poisoning!!!!!

We decided to eat there instead of order in. We had excellent service, the chips was crispy and fresh, the food was mouth-wateringly yummy :-). We have not really taken our little one to eat out for obvious reasons, but it was clean so we were at ease. Good service, good meal. Will go back again for a sit down meal.

I just ordered from McDonald’s Sandown for me and my pregnant girlfriend and we received stale food!! I bought my food at 9pm, it’s not even close to your closing time. Why do you do this?? I paid R180 for fresh food but you guys think it’s okay to give us stale food? I’m extremely disappointed and I will never order here again.

Asked for salt and pepper twice, did not get it. It is not the first time this has happened.

Had to be up really early and saw that this mcdonalds said it would be open 7 am, its way past 7 and staff are only arriving now. Dont advertise opening times if youre not going to adhere to them

Ordered a strawberry milkshake on Monday evening, the 10th and theyve pored so much pink syrup into the container that its now completly undrinkable.Ive tried to call there number, which I got off google and it says the number doesnt exist... Im very disappointed cause after a long hard day at work I was really looking forward to this....

By far my favorite mc Donald’s, service is incredible! The staff are friendly and the environment is comfortable and enjoyable to be in. The food always tastes fresh and great! Highly recommend

Great franchise. Everything was easy, love the self order system and the minimal personnel hanging around aimlessly like in some others. Food was warm and fresh👌

If I could give them less I would. I ordered 4 meals and only received 2. Tried to call them for over an hour and no one picked up.

Always fresh food and it has a really nice inside area to sit down and eat, and a nice kids play area. My only complaint is the homeless people who stand by the drive thru and beg for your coins. They can really do something about it, but its been more than a year and the same woman and her boyfriend/sugar daddy sit there and harass you for money.

The service at this particular McDonalds I personally found to be really good. I had a massive order and I didnt even sit down 10 minutes and my number was up. Great stuff!

Ordered two cheese burgers Happy meals and when we got to the beach, chips only. No hamburgers. Very dissapointed kids. We went back and got the burgers and they compensated by giving the kids ice cream.

Ordered 2 large meals and 2 milkshakes,only got 1 milkshake but i paid for 2 and the delivery guy said it was not on my order and he never gave me my receipt

They couldnt help us access the wifi and this is where we will be doing more business meetings, have we decided only to get something to drink and not eat as well. We were there till loadshedding started so they could have had a meal and more drinks out of us but we disappointed that nobody had knowledge of the wifi

The chips are nice but they can never get the order for our burgers correct. We asked for cheese burgers no garnish no source but they gave a normal burgers with everything on.

In general, going inside is awesome. The self-order and pay facility is the best thing ever, so convenient. Service is however very slow - Oddly, only when Siviwe is not on duty. He is the best asset you have. The drive thru, oh my hat, no, so SLOW and leaving out items you have PAID for. I have lost so much money from this.

I am soo disappointed in this McDonalds as it used to be the only one around parklands that I preferred. They messed up my cold drink order and gave me a crème soda with ice instead of a Coke WITHOUT ice. And then to top it off, they give me a big Mac with nothing but patties, cheese and little to no sauce!! I paid for this meal and if I wasnt at work, I would return it. This is the LAST time ever!!

Good improvement in service since it was revamped. Food is generally good, but I do suggest checking your order before you leave- especially when using the drive-thru.

Unfortunately this branch suffers from many careless mistakes and inconveniences that could be easily prevented. I have on several occasions had the wrong order, had to wait in the grill bay for extended periods, had no toy available and have had the wrong order given to me.

Was not helpful at all,staff were so rude not only did they get my order wrong they have no polite way of speaking to their customers. MCdonalds refused a veggie burger meal even tho one of the parties in my family is vegetarian!! I feel they are discriminating against people who does not ear meat even tho I was prepared to pay for the family meal I was said NO to without even considering it!! This is a disgrace!!!
