Very nice!Just had the brand new Vegan and Vegetarian meals! The meal I had was the Vegetarian Wopper!It was very good burger,good flavor,size and good and well presented! Honestly the staff were very friendly and even let me get some mayo that was egg freeI rate it 10/10 would recommend 👌

Quick service, normally has no Qs. 2nd floor has seating areas with bathrooms and a view parking area, also has charging port for phones.Is clean and well kept, and provides drive thu as well. Has steers and KFC right next to it on adjacent sides. But can get busy as the entrance is small and can get traffic jammed as all 3 fast food restaurants reach their peak hours.Overall great quick service if you can get parking across the street.

15 Aug 2021 @ 15h50pm pm I ordered a Spicy Fierce Crispy Chicken Medium meal but received a double spicy burger. For some reason I could not find my slip. I was really dissatisfied with the service at this branch.

Really a good service and an upstairs for those who would not want to always be in the public eye.

Bought a rather nasty whopper here today. Put me off it for life. Couldnt even take a bite, money down the drain.

Stood in the drive through at the order screen for about 5min waiting to place my order. No one responded to me so I drove through to the window. When I asked if I could order they said they dont take orders at the window and I must fall into the back of the line. At this point 3 other cars joined the queue.

Had a very terrible experience from this shop today at around 2pm.The staff members on duty were very professional and explained to me that the shop was closed for the day, due staff shortages. The security who was in the shop was very rude, Unproffessional and aggressive, he told me that cant you see the shop is closed, where did you buy your license l told him that l am parked by the parking lot in front of the shop, there is no cones there, as you are saying the shop is closed. He said to me UPHAMBENE, meaning that l am mentally disturbed. IHe said this infront if the two gentleman that work there. I find this Unproffessional, rude and disrespectful from the security officer there.

We are big burger king fans and are super disappointed in the service we got this morning as it said it was open online when we got there it was closed we waited for them to open graciously and went to wait at the window at the drive thru as the staff was just looking at us and not even assisting us cant believe the service was that bad this then forced us to rather go and spend our money at KFC where the service was way better and the staff actually wanted to help their clients.

The entrance is a bit of a problem because its steep so if you dont have proper shoes or step properly, you might get hurt. Besides that its a nice place and the whopper is delicious.

My visit was great. The restrurant was neat and the toilet facilities were clean and tidy. The cashiers were very friendly and welcoming and I received efficient service with fresh warm food that was delicious. Thanks for a great experience Burger King Cape Gate.

Had a bad experience. The food is usually good here but my whopper tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. The lettuce was soggy from sitting in the heat too long. Definitely not up to burger King standards.Then in the sitting area the employees were all hanging out eating and watching tv, i felt as if i was intruding by sitting in their place..Decided to give them a go again 2 months later and had another bad experience. They wont see me again.

Normally pretty good and efficient, however today just after dark I went to the Drive Through with my daughter and while in the que we were approached by 3 different beggars, the problem here is that you need to open your window to order which gives them the opportunity to almost poke their heads in the window, it just does not feel safe and you end up trying to hide phones, wallets etc...

Not only is the drive thru terribly slow but as we got to the speaker after waiting in line for over 15 minutes, they tell us we cannot order because their system is down. Yet the car behind us rolls up to order and they tell them they can order anything with chicken. Why doesnt everyone get the option?They should also notify people in the beginning of the drive thru that the system is down before wasting everyones time.Bad service.

Very disappointed..This Burger King franchise used to be really good, until recently they went down under.Weve gone there in the evening, looking forward to eat there, only to find out that the doors have been locked and they only serve the drive through. The second time, we phoned, and the person on the phone said we can go eat there, yet when we got there it was the same situation and the doors were still closed.We have also gone there recently to have lunch there and we were allowed to sit in and have our food there, but when we went today, the top part was closed off. On top of that the food took very long and the cashier didnt seem in the mood for work at all.I dont know if closing down the top part or locking up so early in the evenings are because they are too lazy to clean or what, but Im deeply disappointed with their awful service recently.I would refrain from going there and rather go into the Cape Gate mall and getting the food there instead. They serve you with a smile and you get your food hot.

We placed an order through Mr Delivery, my mom ordered a extra long chili cheese without the jalapeños, and a mountain dew. I ordered a Chili cheese chicken , with a Pepsi and ice. When I received my food , low and behold , no jalapeños on my burger , and instead of Pepsi I got mountain dew. I phoned the shop , and when telling the manager my issue he came across as not knowing whats on the menu , told me hell phone me back , didnt take my number and hung up. I am extremely disappointed with the service rendered.

Nice place parking and taxis cause close accidents on exiting the parking area especially at night riding with no lights be very very careful re that area other than that Burger King Control of people re covert 19 is not controlled so good to close on each other must be looked at very dogy area of service to small take away area..

Always worth the drive out, part of our families regular pit stops from a drive out is to fuel up BK.

Wait time isnt usually long, normally get the no garnish right. Always clean with friendly staff.

I love Burger King but tonight once we got our food, my partners was warm, but mine felt like it came out of the fridge. Obviously mine was lying around getting cold while they prepared our other meal. When you spend almost R300 at a takeaway, you at least expect warm food. Very upset and disappointed.

Sad really. Ive always had the best service here but on the last two occasions left very disappointed. Gone backwards.

Food is good and the service is quick. The drive-thru is a bit compact which makes it a bit of a challenge to navigate especially if you have a large vehicle. Popped into the store the other day to get some food and its not the best place to go to on a hot day. The place seriously needs an air conditioner. I dont know how the people that work there manage in the heat. Other than those minor issues its a decent Burger King.

The drive through road is terribly narrow, and I have scratched my rims of my car more than once going through that drive through. Very unfortunate.

Not once have I walked out of this outlet happy. Terrible service and just a blatant disregard for the client and that a food franchise of this size can not provide a service during load shedding is a major let down. You guys just make KFC look so good by your actions.....or should I say.....lack thereof!

I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get my order. There was no dedicated queue for Mr Delivery staff, which is crazy!! Clearly there was no supervisor on duty neither, to manage the staff on duty.

This branch is way to busy to be so under staffed. Plus the ones that actually work there has such pathetic attitudes. Wow

Maneuvering through the drive through can be a bit tricky for some. Other than that I usually get good service. This Sunday however was not so nice. The row was slow and long, the Pepsi was flat, the was no lettuce, the chips werent fresh, but hey, its a fast food restaurant, so thats what you get.

I was craving Burger King fries for weeks now, so today I gave in. Went through the drive through.I took the new Spicy Crispy Chicken. I must honestly say it was really good. (I normally do not eat at fast food joints) Piping hot, spicy jalapeños, crispy lettuce and a fluffy bun. Fries were also crispy cooked and I got extra Heinz ketchup! Paired with a diet Pepsi. May be I was just really hungry :-) but I really enjoyed it. (No nasty garlic powder after taste like from McD.R

When this burger king opened it was fantastic. We visit it about every 3 months and the standard has dropped significantly. Today the cashier in the drive thru was sleeping on her arms when I wanted to pay. I had to get her attention to pay. If I did not check my bag,I would not have seen that my order was half. Come on BK cape gate, try and restore that great, clean on the dot service!!!

This burger king is our one of choice because of it being easy to access.They do run out of chips now and then and also mix orders on crazy days, but otherwise theyre not too bad. Got a nice upstairs area to sit and eat too.

Worst service I have had at any Burger King.Firstly we waited for 10 minutes at the ordering station (Drive-Thru) for them to eventually tell to proceed to the next window to place our order. We get there, give our order slowly and we pay. We discover that the person that took our order didnt do it correctly, so we told her. Eventually we proceed to the window where we should receive our food. We tell the person that our order wasnt correct and we tried to correct it but was told to go to the next window. We then proceed to wait and correct our order three times thereafter. After the third time we asked to speak to the manager. No one came.Im extremely disappointed with this service today.

Waited for so long to get my order

After receiving the most horrendous oreo fusion that tasted like dishwashing liquid, I wanted to phone them at 18:05 on the 11th of July to warn them that something is off before they give this to another customer, they disconnected me three times before I could speek to anyone. Utterly disappointed.
