This is usually my favourite place to buy burgers from. Yesterday was the exeption. I ordered on the Burger King app,by using a coupon. When I arrived I had like a minute left to order with the code. There was a guy working at the counter but he ignored me completely. He could have at least acknowledged seeing me instead of ignoring me!Badddd experience...

Great service. Comfortable seating. Charging station for cellular phones. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Did not wait long for our orders. Loved being there with my family will definitely go back again.

Was at the drivethrough on Sunday afternoon about 14:30 and the person who took our order was simply rude,noticed that the car in front of us also had issues at the payment window. The food however was very enjoyable.

Shocking service from staff and I drove all the way from Southern suburbs for a bacon burger to get such awful service.

Definitely the best burger king in cape town. Ive tried many different branches, but ill always recommend this particular branch over any of the others. This is my go to fast food restaurant.

Drive thru service is always very slow. Some workers taking orders cant place simple orders.

Drive-tru closed before stipulated times...

Got to burger King, their drive through was closed.. So we had to go inside, they let us stand in line, with 2 others behind us, then the manager nosiswa, came out and told us to leave because they are closing. why let us stand in line then and waste our time? We were inside before the closing time by the way.

The drive thru is sometimes very full but if you go inside then its empty and service is quite quick,👍

Quiet place and very good place at this time as they follow very well the covid regulations.

Use to be great and consistent. Lately Ive been receiving cold food from the drive thru, meaning I get stale fries, which makes me feel like I wasted my money.Below was my previous 5 star review, which lasted a few years.Standard Burger King with great decor. Quality of food is good and consistent. Fast and helpful service. You can see management and staff are doing a good job.

It was my first time at burger King zevenwact. When I walked it I was impressed with the handwash facilities as you come in the door! The kids loved their food and the cleanliness of the place. 👌

Wanted to have a meal inside. However, coming in the music (gospel) was so loud that my ears were ringing. I could not even have a conversation with my friend on what meal to order. The place was empty and the staff could see we are shouting over the load music, but made no effort to turn the volume down. Two staff were slouching over the counters looking like they could not wait to leave work. We left without ordering as there was no way having any conversation over the music. Was the 1st visit to this branch but will never go back.

It was ok you just need to pick the times you go to avoid long waiting times, so avoid the peak times like lunch time and breakfast that lt way you will enjoy the experience.

Very good service, staff is nice and they havent got an order wrong yet well atleast for me now. Waiting times is either fast or a bit long on very busy days but still fast considering how busy it can get.

I love burger king but geez the layout of the roads to get to this Particular branchs drive through are just a tad confusing...miss it and its a whole long winded procedure to get back there. I think there signage needs to be improved upon with the view of folks who are not accustomed to the intricacies of getting to the entrance.

I waited for almost 25 minutes on a drive through, no explanation was given,,, 2 ladies were chatting by the payment window to the guy who was attending us.. It was such a bad seen. Only when I became unpatient and asked them what was the hold up that I was told that they forgot to do both my orders, they did only one instead of 2.I had to wait again. I view it as neglegence and being unproffessional. I will never go there again.

Your run of the mill Burger King.Since I travel a lot with customers and suppliers in the area, Ive found it a good place to sit and get some work done. Its relatively quiet with plenty of seating and clean bathrooms. Its a regular stop for me when Im in the area.
