The burger was very dry and even though the place was nearly empty service was slow. I love Roco Mamas but wont visit this branch again.

Very disappointed with The banana and Nutella waffles as we had very high expectations of crispy warm waffles. I went for the upsize and my fiancé went for the downsize. Both waffles were half cooked and chewed like gum we couldn’t even have half of them.

Great food and had the most amazing waitress by the name of Martinique. Friendly and great service. Definitely worth the visit.

Really enjoyed my Chilly Batbeque Smash Burger and the tall glass of Butter Toffee Shake. Thank you for a great meal and super great service.

Was our first time at Rocomamas on Saturday the 25/09. The first was okay-ish. When we go our meals the chips were cold, seemed as if they had already been fried then refried again. We also were able to see 3 of the 4 burgers we ordered on the warmer, this was for about 5 minutes before the 4th burger was placed next to the 3. It took about another 4 minutes before the food was brought to the table. We ordered the Belgium Chocolate milkshakes, which were really horrible. It tasted bitter and like powder. The only chocolate taste we got was the chocolate syrup that was drizzled over the cream. Not the best experience at all. However The Nachos was absolutely yummy. I am not even sure if a Manager was on duty that day as we never saw one or there was just no interaction whatsoever.

It was errrrr... Not the best but probably okayish.... The patty on the burger was quite thin, Im not a fan of beef burgers however, Ordered anyway. Not a variety of chicken burgers on the menu besides the southern crisp chicken Burger. Which my husband ordered. We dont order the same, we like to compare. He took a bite of my beef burger which he later regret.

Great that is was halal so I got to try it for the first time.. cos in Joburg where I live there is no halal rocomamas that I know of

Burgers looked good however, when I started eating, the burger buns were old and brittle. Called for the manager but he did not arrive. So I am not sure how they will deal with complaints when they are not interested in any feedback on how to improve on their food service.I can assure you that the staff are very friendly and the environment is more than good. But when it comes to product quality and problem solving, there are a lot to be desired for.

The food was good, but the service left a lot to be desired. There were only two tables with patrons on Sunday 20th June at around 4:30pm, but the order took so long to be prepared. Rock music was blaring so loudly, that we struggled to get the attention of the waitress, who was more concerned with mopping the floor than checking up on us.A chicken wings order arrived so late, that we had already finished eating our burgers. Even as I had to eventually go tto the counter to pay for my order, the waitress who served was in the back somewhere. I had to wait for her to arrive. Seems like a case of when the cats away, the mice will play

Went to canal walk branch only to find out their not halal.. But that didnt stop me from having drinks with of course my favorite British Bulldog Jin... After the drinks went straight to the Vangate Mall branch to have some tasty burger meals.. So i kind of did a Roco Mammas branch hopping lol 😂 5 🌟s for both branches

Our first visit to this venue. Had a quick breakfast meal. Service was very good and meal was ready in under 10mins. Food very affordably priced. Will definitely return again when were in the area.

This is the first Roco Mamas thats halaal! I literally could not wait to get my hands on those yummy burgers...deep fried crunch, charcoal buns and those to die for milkshakes!! I had an oreo milkshake I was not disappointed omw!! Guys do yourself a favour and order a Roco Mamas meal!

The downsized waffles is value for money. Comes without cream and they were more than happy to give me cream when I asked for some. Milkshakes are device.

RacoMamas Vangate has the best service . My son enjoyed going there for his 15th birthday.

First time trying it. And was very disappointed, the chips was to crispy for my liking like biting in something hollow. Ordered a hot chocolate it was mostly water and pale of color. Then had it replaced for a milkshake but no flavour just tasted like milk and cream tasted sour.

If it wasnt for their friendly staff behind the counter this would have been a zero rating with the poor quality of burgers and fries received. Burgers had no taste, doubt they used any salt and fries were too oily. So disappointing after hearing many good reviews.

Well its really not a bad place it just need some improvements. I had the southern crispy chicken burger and enjoyed it alot. I think the menu is a bit small and you need to add more chicken burgers.

After hearing so much about this franchise i decided to treat my son who loves burgers. Admittedly i went filled with expectation of ridiculously sized burgers....what i received was nothing different to our normal burger franschises. The difference....in all honesty is the price. I probably could have gotten twice as much food at our regular burger franchise with not to dissimilar taste.Definitely not worth spending the arm and a leg i left there!Dissapointed.

Lets see what to say about my first experience. I had a take away. Mom decided she was getting us a treat. The chips was like mcdonalds only way worse. Like it was bought at mcdonalds and refried lol the burger wasnt bad at all I enjoyed the coleslaw even though I dont like it. The experience was okay sadly I cant say I will go back to try anything else on the menu after my first experience.
