Came here with a couple of friends for a birthday celebration and had the best service, despite so many requests from everyone at the table.The food is delicious and very generous servings as well. Will definitely be back again and cannot wait to try the other foods on the menu. Definitely recommend also getting the strawberry frozen margarita jug!

First impressions: we were greeted by friendly staff, overall everything is clean and covid protocols are being adhered to. Atmosphere and service is great and they are child & pet friendly.They have live music on a regular basis and lots of seating options inside and outside to suite all customers, a separate kiddies play area with seating right next to it. Toilet facilities are neat and clean.Their food is delicious, portions are big and a nice selection. Both food and drinks are reasonably priced, it wont break the bank!Well definitely visit them again!

Ventured out to this spot on a very hot day. Lots of people and lots of flies. Resulting in slow service and a rather underwhelming experience. Food is decently priced albeit a bit confused. I ordered a Fajita and found red cabbage in it - which I didn’t really find authentic, but I guess this restaurant is like what Spur is to the Native American culture. Nothing really left me wanting to return. Perhaps if I were given an opportunity to hit the Piñata randomly hanging from the ceiling. But those who enjoy the sun, tequila and who don’t really mind mild cultural appropriation- will love it and return.

One of those holes in the walls I can always truly recommend!Love the spot along with all the friendly staff, great food, and live music.The only downfall here is the pricing on their cocktail jugs.R200 to R250 for a slush cocktail that is 4 tall tumblers worth ice and little to no liquor in them is an obvious push to make as much money as possible for perceived value and quality vs that of actual value and quality.This truly made me feel like I had been taken advantage of and needs to be looked into by management.

Had the pleasure of visiting Peppa Jacks tonight with my fiance. From start to finish, the experience was very pleasant, and our server Alecia made all the difference. Very friendly from the get go, had some great recommendations and the service was speedy even on a busy night. Can definitely recommend the burritos, and dont be afraid to go for medium or higher for an extra kick. Over all, a great experience, can definitely recommend for a quick bite or a night out with friends for a drink or two

The people I went with was a complete vibe I would like to thank the person who attended to us Micheal , superb service.Yet I ordered the Beef Nachos and someone else ordered the pulled pork Tacos , the meat was perfect yet there was alot of water in my Nachos I can only think it was the meat and the pork was also drenched in water, it was definitely the meat because the other food was good.Also there was a waiter that I think he must just be a bit more friendly

I really enjoyed the experience. The food was excellent, the service friendly and helpful. They delivered on the tex mex concept with a good variety of dishes and flavours. Excellent pulled pork. A few nice tasty bits of your are in the mood for a beer and a nibble. Beautiful scenery. A bit specific to my situation, but lost a star only because the children play area could really do with some maintenance.

The best Mexican grill place we have been to. Would really recommended it. Well priced food. Super flavours and just the right portions. Also they give you the option to choose no chillies,mild, medium,hot or extra hot. Most other place just hot or not. Try their own brewery beer. Hoogteberg Beer the lager is good. Place is also just out of the town so no cars or noise.

The prices arent cheap, but trust me you wont be disappointed.The waitress went the extra mile for our table and I can say with confidence that I have never had a smoother paying process with a group of people.A little bit secluded and in the middle of nowhere, but that adds to the atmosphere. It also has a nice view of a farm with horses on.

Always our go-to for pulled pork nachos! Very convenient, because you can choose to dine in or get takeout and its close to where we stay. Very friendly staff, also over the phone. Nice atmosphere as well: a bit further out up the hill near Clara Anna Fontein in Durbanville. I must admit, though that some things have changed a little that we miss: there was a time one would get chocolate truffles along with the bill. There was also a time where the salsa was nice and chunky and the cream cheese was a bit more firm - now you get salsa and cream cheese that looks more like a watered down sauce. Still tastes good, but the experience is not the same.

Great venue, they have a very nice menu.If you bring the kids along they have a very big and well kept play area with a friendly young lady looking after the kids while the parents can enjoy a conversation.

Food and drinks were delicious, very comprehensive menu! Pity about the amount of flies which made it hard to relax. Its to be expected being in an agricultural environment. The kids play area needs some attention... Thorns and stinging nettle need to be removed. The kids supervisor was very sweet and played nicely with them.

Were seated quickly as it was not busy at all. Looked at the menu and was ready to order. The waiter was loitering around more patrons arrived. He was quick to take their order but didnt even bother asking our order. So we left because it seems that they were doing fine during the lockdown without our support

The menu includes various tasty meat bases (pulled pork, shredded lamb, cubed chicken, ground beef and black bean stew) in tacos or tortillas or served on top of nachos with cream cheese and glaucomole topping and sides of either chips or salad. Also served as mains are burritos and enchilades. There are some interesting starters too, such as, chimichangas served with either sweet chilli sauce or creamy mayo dip. These were particulatly good! Refreshments can be hot or cold, alcoholic or non. There is both indoor or outdoor seating, where umbrellas provide shade from the sun. We were served by a very helpful Mechanical Engineering student who waiters to supplement his study fees. All in all, a pleasant lunch in a casual atmosphere. A place I will certainly visit again soon.

Very underrated. Not as many people. The food was great. Everything is good. The service is nice. I ordered the burrito with Chipotle chicken with nachos and a oreo milkshake.

Our group was advised the restaurant was fully booked only to have another waiter change the statement in a matter of minutes and state the whole venue/restaurant is not fully booked and there is a small amount of waiting time though. Which would not have been an issue if this was stated from the start.

The photos are misleading. For example, the images shows a nice seating area with green grass... there is no grass. There is no designated smoking area and the PUBLIC area that people smoke in is next to the playground. I ordered Nachos that was okay I guess. This is not a family friendly place. At least the beer was cold and the waitress accommodating and friendly.

Average food, second time had no pork or beef, had to choose chicken

With lockdown being moved to level 2, I had about a week to put together my husbands 50th birthday. Peppa Jacks thank you, it was wonderful. The live music adds an extra special vibe. Peppa Jacks has been recommended to me by numerous friends. But, I was kinda disappointed. Jam Jars - R55 tastes bland,more ice than drink. (ciders and beers range from R35-50) We ordered Quesadillas (beef - R139) that was a bit tasteless. (not even the Medium heat gave us a kick) The salsa is non existent and the dish comes with their own sour cream which wasnt sour cream, but actually runny tasteless creamy cream. We asked the waiter about it and he said that its their spin on sour cream - confusing, but okay.Overall, an okay location with a childrens activity area. Perhaps a fun night out when they have live bands playing and if you wanna drink. But I wont recommend it for the food. There are much better restaurants in the area...
