Shocking service! We waited 15min I the Drive Through queue, just to get home and find the order is missing an entire meal. Now I have to drive l the way back to fix their mistake 🙃

Incredibly slow. Went through the drive-thru, just to get breakfast and 2 beverages, and then was told to park the car because the one beverage we taking long. Waited for 5-10min, and no one came to bring the beverages. I had to go in-store to collect it - and it sounded like they only started to make it when I went inside after saying I want a refund for it and they can leave it. No one even apologized. Trash service.

It would be nice if staff didnt lie to customers. Had my son in the car who wanted to get ice cream. I got to the drive through and asked for 2 ice creams. I was told that there was no ice cream. At this point there was already a car behind me so I couldnt reverse out of the drive through. I was forced to sit through a long wait even though I didnt place an order. Only to my surprise that the car Infront of me was handed multiple ice cream. I confronted the lady at the window and she quickly got her story straight saying that they have ice cream but that it would take a few minutes (Id have to wait) I then asked why was I lied to and told there is none meanwhile the truth is I just needed to wait a bit. At this point my son was crying from disappointment and never wants to go to Mc Donalds again. This isnt the second time Ive been to this branch and both times I left with a bad experience. I will not be supporting this branch again.

Quick. The one ice cream look like a soccer ball, while the other one look like a tennis ball.

The staff were NOT messing a around @ the drive-thru the little window and they were all looking in P&Q. So thumbs up on that one. Also the intercom at the drive-thru perfect volume.. So thanks McDonalds tyger Valley Durban Road . I was there when you opened your doors for the first time and cutting the ribbon...... I was unfortunate not to be there on that opening day.But the week later. I was in that playpen having the time of my life. So thanks again guys doing well still.

Lady behind the counter didnt ask if Im using the app and got annoyed with me coz she already rang the meal up and expected me to tell her that Im using the app before she started with my order.As a customer I should be asked if Im using the app not make it an expectation for me to tell you that Im using it.Its not the 1st time this has happened and most likely wont be the last

Like any normal mcdonalds, but always gets my order wrong, just like mcdonalds tyger manor, sometimes tyger manor gets it right. But almost never, this mcdonalds at Durban Road always seem to get my order wrong. I expect management, and mcdonalds emloyees, to fix this issue, at all mcdonalds. mcdonalds durbanville has the same issues but rarely gets my order wrong, but still does sometimes.

They price on the drive tru is MISLEADING AND FALSE... it say R39 for a big mac meal(I ordered 5 meals) . But when u pay it is R5 more per meal .. Speak to the manager and he smile and tell me it dont matter what the price say outside the price on the till is what I must pay... Where is customer service and care. So they can advertise one thing and charge you way more and... Unfair?.. Not according to the store manager in Bellville Durban Rd.(. Store 224...)nit sure if this store number is correct...If no one contact me on this I will put a complaint in at consumer care..

They never disappoint, the food is amazing, staff is friendly. This is one of the very few McDonalds in CPT that I cant complain about.

Best service I have ever experienced at this branch. I actually staying opp McDonalds strand road off Voortrekker road bellville but I prefer the one on Durban road because of their quick and customer satisfaction services. Keep up guys that good spirit

Pathetic, they close the shop a long time before the time set ons the internet, unexceptable.

The food was ok service good but the problem is that i also went there for their free wifi. And there is no wifi. Speed tested it and it was 0.09. Slower than alll network combine. .

Always a meal missing and waiting way to long. After the 5th meal missing and finally claimed that they made a mistake they just gave me a new meal and denied there mistake. We normally order large amount of food and always dissapointed. We found another branch In Bellville and its way better.

I had a craving at around 00:30 in the morning. The doors were locked (understandable I guess, not the safest neighborhood); however, there were traffic cones blocking the drive thru. Now please note that the signage clearly states they are open 24 /7. I had to actually get out of my car and walk to the ordering window, knocking till I got a response. Eventually a nonchalant lady came to take my order. Even though she clearly saw I was outside of my car she still demanded that I get my order from HER at the next window. Furthermore, she gave me the wrong order! I asked for two junior cheeseburgers and she gave me two boeries. The security guard was blissfully sleeping inside unaware of my knocking on the glass door next to him. I get that these people work hard but might I suggest some extra training for the night staff?

I orderd 6 big macs with sprite when I got home 2 of the spirtes were soda waters and if I tried to phone no one picks up. The staff are also not very friendly and the music was playing so load you could not hear a thing they were saying

Clean small order area not crowded tho but not comfortable to order & take away....but drive thru was too slow & upstairs was not on my plan, so i shouldve waited in my car instead if only they offered to bring my order to the car..

As usual, their ice cream machine is not working again a waste of time to drive here. Would expect a company like this to replace a machine thats broken most of the time. Will not come here again. Hallo Burger king and I found that Burger King is more value for your money.

My first time there . And I really enjoyed it ,it was nice and relaxed .There was just two problems with the ladies toilet ,one of the doors handles is broken and the toilets dont flush properly..But Im happy with the food and environment.

Staff is friendly but toilets are terrible. A place this well known should be strict on cleanliness especially in their toilets. I walked in and walked right out. Wouldnt advise anyone to use it.

Packing burgers vertically in a bag does save space yes. But business logic does not work in the same way.Can I also order some salt with added chips?This Macdonalds seem to have consistent management issues. Im rating you a 1 star, and I hope the management issues get sorted sooner than later.I hope that if not, headoffice will see your statistics and close you down as a non-performing branch.I hope that you then vet accepted into a position or company where you are shown how to think and speak like your customer. A position or job that makes you realise a job is not just a negative place where you go because you MUST have money and that place gives you money. That you are tought where money comes from, and that it should be treated with the necessary respect, and the customers should want to come back.For me, down the road is another Macdonalds, who has a 4 star rating from me. I will rather drive 3km more and have a better experience.Shame you for not respecting my nourishment.

Well this is the 2nd time in 3 weeka they get my order wrong. I then called and they wanted me to drive till there even though i paid for service fee. Then was told they would call back. After that i was never called and they took the phone off the hook so that i couldnt het throught to them. Bad customer service!!! Do not order from them!!!!

Very slow and unfriendly service. Very loud, alarms(inside kitchen area)going off the whole time and staff shouting all the time. Cant sit and relax while having your meal.Lady who was cleaning the tables was friendly though,but still wont go there again.
