The service at KFC Westgate Mall is extremely pathetic, I ordered food for delivery. Firstly my order arrives extremely late then when the order gets here the driver has a attitude and the orders incomplete. I called the store so this can be rectified but the driver just drove off while the lady was telling me to send back the order. Its not the 1st time they provide such pathetic service. This KFC might aswell close down.

Hi Everyone, I hope your having a fabulous day and all excited about getting some nice food. I have tried and tested most of the KFCs around Cape Town and I personally can no longer stomach the quality. There are a few outlets that I would still consider only as a last resort and if Im really desperate but this is definitely not one of them. Rather go to the one in Westridge there quality is much better. Once again be mindful of what you put in your body, these fast food places are just about making money and fast just like that fast food for fast money.

Whenever we go there theres always a problem, staff is just very slow they show no urgency towards the customer, majority people that go there lives in the area, and its very convenient Up your Standards you will definitely get better Comments.

They are always good but yesterdays chicken was not nice very very dry and the wings as well i always prays their hot wings but i dont know what happend yesterday and that new thing half hot and half normal chicken not nice bettar to only make the wings like that crispy en Hot

They always leave something out of your order and you never get the airtime they promote...not worth the aggravation. ..rather try Nandos or buy a grilled chicken at Woolworths.

Staff is not helpful at all... Today we went in to purchase ice cream and the two ladies at the till just stood there continued their conversation while looking at us.I was so confused because we spoke to them twice and they literally continued talking and popping their gum. When my sister asked her why the hell they not responding to, the attitude was beyond me.

KFC has been outclassed by its closest competitors their chicken portions is small and not value for money..

I got home and saw that I have been charged for a 10piece family treat while I received an 8 piece, my sides was x2 pops which had 3 pops in each box and x2 snack burgers and x4 HARD ZINGER WINGS
