KFC is ... KFC.. chicken is good. The shop has a open area where you order from. Seating is available inside and outside - with great views.Only 4 stars as 70% of the time I have visited here they have not had their chicken and may sandwiches available.. no filling.Otherwise a good spot to visit

Crowded, yet efficient and organized. The food was well prepared in fresh oil and properly presented. A definite yes, I will support them again.

The Service at this KFC is absolutely horrible. And its not the first time. The staff have no way of talking to customers and when you want to talk to a superior they not available. KFC need to train their staff to work with customers. I pay for whatever I order, they dont give it to me for free.

Worst service ever. Every time i come here i hope the service will be better. It’s pathetic. Food quality and packaging is not worth the money and the staff always seems irritated and very unprofessional. If i could I would’ve made it a 0 star.

This is by far the worst KFC Ive had to buy from. Ive tried a few times hoping things would improve but mostly dissatisfied. They often dont have things available on their menus. When you order something they dont tell u its out of stock. They just put the next closest thing in as your order & charge u & change is also not always correct. Ive complained to different managers at different times. With no change. Even my work colleges complain. Most times dont give spoons when required, or serviettes or even tomato sauce when buying chips but give it when we buy pap & gravy ???? There is lack of management from the very top since they do not sort out this store & since they are always busy with visitors they dont care about the local trade which keeps them busy in winter months. Their chicken pieces are also smaller then any other KFC I buy from?

No social distancing measure when food is called out as per slip number. Customers standing over each other and no staff member(s) to address this.Other than that, the food is prepared and severed quickly, decently and tastes good!

They gave my order to a nother custermer. When the the customer returned it, They whanted to give me the same order. Is covid 19. Poor service

The front line staff really friendly, but waited almost 40 min for our order of 2 meals....could just as well went to a sit down place.

Cant believe this waterfront on a saterday service was so ad that I dint even think there is a word in the dictionary for that. They need to make one. Stood in a que with three toddlers for 25 min and when I got to front to tell me there no ice cream and scream next.

Very dissapointed with the level of service we received here yesterday. It was very busy and yet when we arrived at the till points to order we were met by five African women. All starred at us blankly. None attempted to take our order. Only when I asked to take our order did one slowly move forward. The other four almost daringly just looked at us. Really not acceptable. The women who took our order eventually was bordering on uneducated.It took me about ten times repeating a very simple order. Kentucky...seriously either retrain your Waterfront staff or put educated people there. This left a bitter taste to say the least. Also I shudder to think they deal with tourist. What a disgrace for South Africa!!

They normally ask for donation, and i normally do. but this guy did a 10*2 RAND donnation on my bill and thought i dont know. i wonder where KFC send those donation to and is there audit report? but however, from now on, i will say definitely NO to KFC donation

I visited the store on 30. 09.2019 bought a 8 piece family treat to my dismay when I got home my order was incomplete. I immediately called the store to complain I spoke to Unathi who was so professional and apologetic on behalf of her staff. She promised to reimburse me if I came back to the store.On my return I was humbled by her approach, she treated me with such respect and even added extra chips. Ive had this issue on several occasions with other outlets who almost always come off as abrupt and inconsiderate.She is really an asset to the franchise and a wonderful ambassador.

Cashier did not want to change my request for a cooldrink instead of a coffee because i did not want to donate R2 to charity. This is pathetic and action needs to take place. She was extremely cheeky and the service she brings is ridiculous. I did not purchase anything after that and just walked away instead

Food just as any other KFC.Why cant I get mash and gravy instead of chips with a meal but I can get an ugly look from the cashier? It does not make sense because the mash is cheaper than chips!!!

The most terrible KFC experience ever. Do not order the family order and add a R$22 2Litter Soda, if you dine in, they will charge you R$2.50 each cup. So how do I drink my drinks? Anyone Dine In should receive free cups if they add the R$22 drinks. Fries are very salty and cold, Chicken Pops are cold as well. Everyone should ignore this KFC location.

This is the second time, Im dissapointed in the last 2 months.The first time when ordering my brekkie wrap meal, the cuppucino was definitely not cuppucino. I took it back and had to take cokes instead. The manager eventually explained that there was an issue with the ciffco machine.The second time I ordered the same thing and we were told there was no coffee and that they had 5 roses tea bags as an alternative?!Then to top it off after the cashier had taken our order and wanted to pay by card, we were told that we cant pay with the card at that pay point as it was a cash only till (no signs indicating this) and that we had to go to another till, to reorder.At that point we just cancelled and left and when to McDonalds and he experienced was like chalk and cheese.

So i ordered two oreo krushers at their ice cream counter yesterday the cashier rings it up and Gives me the slip she then Takes the next customers order, Fine she then walks off. Takes a while and came to tell me that shes going to fetch cups and it will take 5 minutes. Another cashier comes starts serving the customers waitaing because obviously a queue accumulated while we waited. She never returns. And i saw the last guy the was in the queue gets hes krusher before me , so i was like what the hack,we standing here over 15 minutes already. suddenly the manager of the comes and im like hows he getting hes krusher we were first here. He looks at my slip no apology nothing and walks to the back . he returns with two krushers. STILL NO APOLOGY 👎. I commented to him WE WAITED VERY LONG , AND AS A MANAGER TO JUST WALK OFF THATS QUITE RUDE. He knows hes staff was wrong. NEVER AGAIN. EXTREMELY LONG WAITS BOTH SIDES

This is the worst KFC service attitude I have ever met in South Africa, especially a female cashier with glasses. The attitude is very bad. There is no expression on my face. It seems that I owe her debt. You point to the chicken box. She said no, only More expensive, you want a Coke, she said that only bottled, no cups, but also remind you again and again, I only leave, to fish chips, and the waiters here are particularly friendly.
