We had the most delicious sit-down meal at Nandos Plumstead. Chicken and a spinach side was outstanding! The table service was really good too ... One particular member of staff was just brilliant. (I wish I had asked her name.) She really made an effort to look after us.

Staff is very rude, they took time to give menus, let alone taking orders. When 1 lady did, there was no eye contact. When she dropped drinks she wasnt even looking at what she was doing. We were still eating when she brought the bill. We are a group of ladies who like fun but she ruined our day, so much that we only gave what we owe to the shop, no tip. Thats not us. Maybe because we were speaking her language, she assumed we will not tip. Some of us work as waiters so we know how it goes.

Everything was quite fine until I found fibres in my food, not 1 but at least 3 that I saw, very disappointing

If you go there in person, prepare to stand and wait a loooooong time for service. They ignore in-person customers. Their only focus is on the delivery drivers queuing outside!Terrible staff will ensure I never return here... (what IS it with Nandos and their awful eyerolling staff...?)

I ordered the Grande Meal (flavour mild) today from Nandos Plumstead via Bolt food and I specifically put in “notes for the kitchen” stating that I want it “well done, mild with Extra sauce” When my food arrived, There was absolutely no Nandos sauce on my chicken!! The chicken tasted absolutely dry and bland. There only see through watery chicken liquid in my plate. What a waste of money. I could’ve rather ordered from Kfc or make my own chicken at home! Never ordering at Plumstead nandos again. P.S just because it’s 30% off doesn’t mean you can give your customers tasteless chicken. Don’t get me started on the festa fries, which also had little to no sauce. Please check that your staff are doing things properly in the kitchen.

We bought 2 meals yesterday. 10 wings and chips, which the wings were sooooo salty and the prego special. Which was terrible! My roll was stail, the chicken on the burger was colour less and dry, the onions were not cooked and all the sauce was next to the burger in the box. The chips were the only thing that was nice and fresh...

I ordered take out - full chicken and 3 sides. I dont know if is because they know you wont drive all the way back to the store if the food is not good. The chicken, chips and the tear and share-bread were all not freshly made. The chips were oily and the chicken was hard. And I mean hard. We did not eat any of the food and opted to order in from another restaurant. I would not recommend this Nandos. Stay away... spend your money elsewhere.

Had two really bad experiences. The chicken on my burger and wrap were so dry and tasteless. They also used old lettuce. Not sure why this branch has gotten so bad.

This was sorted out- thank you.Ordered plant based burger for myself, and chicken burger for hubby through Mr D this evening, got 2 chicken burgers. Called to get it sorted. I was told to push option 2, which I called 4 times and got hung up on. Never got it sorted, not happy with this service.

Bad experience with Crispin Mukeba, please find out what he did with the food because the Uber app says the order was completed at 21:33 with who. He has a very poor communication, i tried to keep in touch and he responded after a while not even explaining what was happening and after 8 pm he told me he had Bike issues, hes waiting for someone to assist. At this stage i was on the verge of giving up but he insisted, when he eventually got into the address i went outside i couldnt find gim, he said he was at school but i told him no one stsys at the school address he must use the one i had supplied and if he cant then he csn return the food. I cancelled my order with frustration iff course.

The nandos app is very user friendly. The staff are always friendly. The only problem is that its very draughts and cold in the reception area. Thats why we love app and being able to collect.

I wouldve given it 4 stars but due to my experience, i had to give it a 1. Visited Nandos yesterday, myself and my husband ordered and wanted to have a sit down meal, however when we wanted to find a seat to sit in the restaurant, the whole seating area was occupied by staff sitting down eating and being on their phones. My husband asked them since the one table was occupied with staff being on thier phones and the other tables of staff was eating, the staff members became extremely arrogant and irritated with us cos we asked them nicely if we can sit down and eat our meal. One of them came to clean the table with such a rude body language,she wiped the table, and took the knife that was left on the table by them and threw it on the other table to show us how upset she was at us for asking them if we can sit and eat our nandos meal, they eventually gave us the table to sit down and they moved to occupy the other tables and had discussions of how us. There came another gentleman and a lady that had the same issue as us and the gentleman asked them to move and he got the same treatment as us but he decided to leave the restaurant with his meal cos the staff literally refused to get up, after he made a noise before he left that the unproffessional manager lady came out to ask the staff what had happened and she was actually entertaining the staffs attitude towards the customer, she asked the manager where do we customers want them to sit and i was shocked that the manager actually tolerated and entertained these staff members until my husband called her to explain to her if she was the owner she would not allow staff to chase customers away with those type of behaviour, she just nodded and went about her day.. Totally dissapointed that Nandos staff behave that way and the manager entertains it

Nandos Plumstead usually has the best service and the best kitchen staff and the ladies at the till are always polite and friendly. Today I come for the usual special for R89.00 which i usually get at Plumstead Nandos. ( I add extra sides to my order as well.) Ive sat down and had the order 3 times before. Today I get told I cannot get the breast portion because it creates issues for them. I politely said I am the customer and you have that opened at 11am. Id like to understand how there will be a shortage. Surely you can forecast and check ratios for control. The manager is impolite and has a terrible attitude. Natasha has poor customer communication and service. She needs to work on her people skills and check whether she is in the correct occupation. Also there are no specifics on what portions can be taken on visual marketing. It just says half chicken. Today I wait till the store opens and this is the welcome I get. Please try and do better next time.

Nice and friendly staff. Only complaint we found sand on our take away Portuguese salad. Had to run it under water again and found sand at the bottom of the sink. 😏

Nandos Plumstead is great on the food and at times, the speed is worth mentioning. The store is fairly small and so creates a bustling ambience that is fun. Where Nandos fails TERRIBLY is in their exhorbatnt pricing especially as a take away specialist. This is or should purely be for a once a month luxury only.

Ordered a full chicken (Hot) well done due to health reasons and 4 Nandos Portuguese rolls. The order was placed through Uber Eats. My order was well delivered on time, lovely fresh rolls, butter and chicken freshly done. Nandos do not understand the meaning of well done. The chicken was white and bland, no taste of the sauce. Please up your game. Im really terribly disappointed that Nandos will serve this bland not fully cooked chicken.
