Ordered 9 pieces of chicken, 5 large pops and five large chips.Paid for 5 large pops, only recieved three boxes. Fries were dark, likely fried in old oil. Chicken was also dark and did not taste as good as usual.

One of the worst KFCs you will find. Standing 20 minutes in line for the drive thru and got told the card machine does not work. Had to wait to get out of the line to drive to the bank to withdraw cash. Spend another 50 minutes in the line again... Only to be told that due to our president, they have to close early so they can be in home in time. It was 7:40pm and they only closes at 8pm to be home before 9pm.

Their service get poorer and poorer every day. They seldom have everything, or what the customers need. They have poor excuses. I dont suggest anyone to make use of them.

Terrible service, one always waits 10min+ at the drive through. They ask you to park in the parking area and wait for your food. Whats the point of a drive through.

Always fast, fresh and friendly. KFC Okavango can learn a few tricks of the trade from them. Keep it up guys and girls.

Very nice people and service is usually vey good and fast, but expect to wait about 7 to 9 minutes if ordering Zinger wings or Zinger burgers. In my experience in 75% of the time I had to wait in the street for this order to be completed. But then it is so fresh and hot that you dont mind.

It was okay for a quick meal

I ordered a sweet chili wrapp but was seriously disgusted. There was NO sweet chilli, one small piece of salad leaves two pieces of chicken NO tomatoes nothing else. I believe they forgot to finish the wrapp.
