Service was great. Chicken was best today! Well done team of KFC 01st October 2021.

It is nice and clean after the upgrade but need to make a way to get inside service faster because drive-thru get faster services

The food is generally good, the real KFC flavour. Only concern is the waiting time especially on the drive through. On two different occasions,had to wait more than expected,even early morning for my Cappuccino.

Shop was full but service was quicker than I assumed, I thought it was going be long! Great work KFC

The two stars is for the drive through, the line is always full the order takes too long do you deliver ? My petrol kan dit nie hou nie and please fix the ice cream machine 😑

Bought a chickenwrap at KFC Eersteriver on Sunday late afternoon. It really wasnt up to stranded and I was very unhappy because it was pricy. I took a foto of it and today 14/07/2021 I went there speaking to a lady manager. I explained to her and she was very helpful and ahead a great personality. She took my phone went to the back after I explained to her that Im not expecting any refunds. After awhile she came back. Humbly apologize for my inconvenience and gave my a very nice delicious meal. I just want to say thank you very much for your kindness. Shows me that coming forward with queries like this people do step-up. Thanx again to that Lady. She knows whom Im talking about.

I bought a bucket on wednesday 30 june 2021 and only received 19 pieces instead of 21 pieces this is the 2 time this happened to me very disappointed in KFC eersteriver

If i could give no star I would bc im waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for an order to be delivered and im also calling your store and no one answers. This is disappointing and disgusting, i couldve chosen to eat elsewhere but bc my husband and kids love KFC we tried it out this is really bad and I wont be buying again.

Theyre very friendly and neat. The surrounding area does not look very safe. Ive never had to go back to the store because of a wrong order.

Food was cold as usual and not fresh, even though we said make it fresh we will wait. We waited but got stale re heated food.

I just ordered food already paid for and it was too be delivered before 19:20 and still i havent received anything. They are supposed to close at 8 o clock yet nobody answers when I phone in to follow up on my order and this is not the only time Ive received poor service from KFC Eersteriver. Exactly two weeks ago I also ordered from them and upon delivery I discovered that they had gotten my order wrong. This is totally unacceptable and I wont be supporting them ever again!!😠😠😠

Ordered food online, (discounted) and got confirmation. When I got there to pay and collect, according to the manager the order never got to them. System offline 🤔Had to pay the normal price. Why have a system that does not work??? What about the confirmation😞

Not friendly staff at all.Had to clean before I could sit down.Its bad especially during this time of Covid 19.It gives me the impression that cleanliness is not priority and that perhaps they handle the food that way also so I wont recommend at all.

I had a bad experience as it was full then I waited very long after that I got my pack and I couldnt notice when I was still in the shop that there was something missing only when I got home I realised that a twister was missing

I just ordered online, the 8piece family feast that u have on promotion. On my arrival, I was informed that my coleslaw was swapped with mass and gravy, I refused as I dont like it. I was offered chips,, but a snack burger was added. I asked again for the chips, and the chips was literally throne inside the bag. Almost the whole packet fell out. Needless to say I was not happy at all.

I went on a Friday evening. Waiting time wasnt too bad. For some reason my meal wasnt that tasty. I went back a few days ago and bought something different which I was very happy with. I would there recommend trying it out.

I am so disappointed ,last night i bought a 21 piece for a family that didnt have food to eat got there 20:39waited very long that was fine then get home with half raw chicken, not like normal kfc nice lightly brown skin nope white skin is still white, I was so embarrassed to give the family that food becoz they were hungry they ate it , now I tried to call like got cut

We waited in line for 20 minutes. Only two cars ahead of us, ridiculous.

Customer services lack communicating with one another or to the customer. The personnel serving always seem tired or annoyed when dealing with customers. There is never enough of whatever is ordered so waiting time is unusually long even outside of peak hours. The chicken seems to be swimming in oil all the time.

I didnt get my change, because the cashier didnt have coins, and she was busy packing orders instead of getting coins, I just left it.

Todays service was not good I bought 2 streetwise 2 and 2 cups of soft drinks and there was no tomato source and chilli salt and no Ice on my drinks when I ask for Ice the lady ask me why Im throwing the drinks with atitude while I was giving her to put some ice for meI was not happy with a service at all its was around 12:00

I am not happy with their service. They are all dragging their feet. What is the point of a drive through if one will sit in the car for over 40min. The manager must coach the stuff that is on duty this morning. Its like none of them want to be here.

Bad....the krusher was half, the crunch burger was so small it fit in the palm of my 6yr old hand an I asked twice for a thigh they still gave me a drumstick and my change was short coz the cashier didnt have change.
