I actually visted today as well and I have never tasted KFC as blend and tasteless as the one I got today. Tasted like there were no spices at all or any salt nothing on the chicken I had today. My worst KFC experience in all the years Ive enjoyed KFC

Friendly & Helpful staff, Right at the door to welcome you. Good communication as they said chicken to take 20 minutes so that you make a decision to wait or go. Good quality food for the whole family

KFC was very busy its understandable did not wait that long, bt how can you pay R15.90 for a small coleslaw, then let the customers think its a regular. Its not the 1st time I bought coleslaw to know this is not a regular. I will never support KFC again reason being is not cheap bt they dont give you value for your money...

Visited this place on the 12th of current month and it was extremely dirty,no serviets offered!

Service was quick and no long queues on that day, however the sit down area was a mess, all the tables were dirty with empty food packets by people who previously sat ther not removed, tomato sauce and spices markings on the tables and floor. I asked one of the staff who was sanitizing peoples hands to get someone to clean. He dissapeared to the back to call someone , but no one ever came out to clean. I left the store without using the dirty area.

Always had fast and good service. but last week was terrible. we where there just after 9. Only 1 cashier... not very friendly....looked actually irritated when helping clients. only 2 people before me but had to wait 10 min to be helped. Turned around and walked out... Sorry...

Fresh food and friendly services. Also strictly adhered to Covid protocol. Good experience all round

Staff taking orders were great and efficient. Staff handing over orders were not friendly and made numerous mistakes as to the items in your order also kept overriding the number system on the screen to appear to be more efficient. Overall very unhelpful and not friendly so should not be client facing but maybe back in the kitchen where no customers need to interact.

Service was OK. I phoned to order and when I phoned back to cancel one item they hung up and assumed Id cansel everything. I went there and they helped me quickly saying that the food would have been cold if they prepared it they given time.

For KFC is all stars. Clean place, friendly staff, quick service, hot and good food. Well done, this rarely happen for a KFC. I had a double crunch, picture taken and it looked great.

Their chicken is off does not taste nice and you have to wait an hour before you get your order

Meal has no spices and no tomato sauce. I was not satisfied about the All star meal, piece in the 🍔 was very small, extra piece was a drum stick but at other KFC its a thigh or side breast. Not happy at ALL. 😭😭😭

This has become my morning go to once a week. I phone in. They get my AM Riser meal over the phone and its ready for collection. I didnt know they open @ 06:30 already. Excellent service. Friendly and smiling staff. Always nice going there

The cashiers and attendants get orders confused and one ends up waiting long yet it is just an online order for Pickup. They end up looking all over yet the orders are ready and behind them with the actual online verification order numbers as per the ones shown to them over the counter .......the need to improve on it. There was NO supervisor/ Manager to help either.Otherwise overall the meals are up to the kfc standard known rates definitely.

Very bad experience... I placed an order at about 11:50 yesterday, 20th December. I got my order at 12:50... Reason was the Zinger Wings... I bought myself 10piece Family Treat and my sides were wings... I was very angry because I saw the wings packed before me but was given to some other customers... My Order Number was 163... 😕

We waited 45 minutes for our order. Had to continue asking for it to be submitted. Service was shocking. My zinger burger fell apart when I took the first bite. Chips were undercooked and oily. The nachos cheese burger was definately not what is advertised.

It was a terrible experience , waited 45minutes for my order and the chicken was very dry and over cooked. The double crunch burger was hard and the roll was old. The staff was just doing there own thing and not even taking notice of the customers.KFC IS NOT SEEING ME AGAIN.

The food is terrible. Its over fried, dark and dry. I avoid this shop. I go straight to Sanctuary where the pieces are brown crispy and fresh.

I dont what they do in there, the burgers taste nice but the chicken was dry like it was made in a pan

Slow service and i order my meal with a thigh and recieved a drumstick.. The person making your order doesnt look at the order board, was very disappointed and had too ask the lady giving out orders to change my piece of chicken because i asked for a thigh.. She just took my order and replaced the chicken and give me the same container i give her back.. No Manager or team leader assisted
