Just had a Zinger burger and was it was the worst ever.Enjoyed the chips more than the burger.Normally waiting time for a Zinger burger is 5 to 8 minutes and this time it took about a minute when I got it.But thought it must have just made been immediately, not realizing it could have been it a warmer for awhile.Really dissatisfied and disappointed.

Their chicken is always delicious. Never yet received anything fried in old oil. While I mostly order via Mr D, when I did visit the store I was pleased to see that theres a separate collection point for the food delivery orders.

Customer service was not good, the manner in which the addresses a customer, on the order which was 2 verry berry krushers and a oreo crusher...... It was nothing like a krushers....... Really If I wanted to have a slush puppy I would have obviously not have gone to KFC🤦‍♂️. At the end of the day the staff needs to understand that we pay for the items, its not for free were as they can just service and give what they feel, but not adhering to the Quality Standards of kcf and consumer service. 🤝 Trust this finds u well Ive been coming there since its opened and never got this bad of a service and product....... 😤

Service was excellent but was extremely disappointed when got home to find that the kiddies meal, which was supposed to be a piece of chicken; was instead 4 hot wings. 5 year old could obviously not eat that. :-(

Just experienced the worst service ever from this branch. They have no clue how to manage 3rd party deliveries.. in house orders and drive by .. pathetic .. if I had not already paid for my order I would have without a doubt walked out. I get handed a wrong order after waiting almost.an hour and then have to still wait while they run back in to fetch the right one.. seeing red .. urrrgggghhh

Sat down for breakfast , no one else in store , their staff wouldnt even bring our breakfast to our table.not their jobs , but wouldve been nice to see they went that extra mile.3rd time its happened at this branch.

Very fast and efficient, the staff is friendly and helpful and just the other day i ordered from the kfc app curbside pick up and couldnt connect so i quickly went inside and there was a gentleman by the door that assisted me and in no time he brought my food to the car ,Im very happy customer and their food always tasty😋👌

This kfc is also quite a busy one especially the drive thru. We waited for approximately 15 minutes and that is just to place the order. Currently the store is being revamped at the back of the building. Otherwise nothing I can complain about

Terrible, placed an order online, came at the store, paid. Waited for 28 minutes to get the food. Cashier calls me, said food is ready get to the counter, not ready yet. Wait another 12 minutes. I asked the lady whats happening, she says waiting for the chicken or she can give me older chicken.Not the first time that this KFC gives such pathetic service. The branch in Bishop Lavis where I work, the service there is a thousand times better.Service at the Crawford branch, sorry Rondebosch East branch, pathetic, no disgusting.

Purchased one if my favourite meals, the All Star box, however when biting into the fries, it was dry and tasteless, no salt on the fries, nor was any chilli salt provided. I proceeded to give it all away as the burger also had insufficient sauce and the zinger wings had zero zing and were as small as my pinky fnger

Worst KFC we have ever been to. Refuse to give us the pieces of chicken we ordered after we already paid. The manager is extremely rude and ripped the food out if my husbands hands. Instead of trying to solve the issue, she was happy to refund us and lose a customer for life, no skill or common sense at all. We happily spent our money at steers, where we got exactly what we asked for. We will never be back, or spend a cent there!

I was in a hurry and starving so I thought of KFC drive thru - when I arrived at the drive thru and placed my order , i was told there was a 20 minute wait for the chicken.After making the payment i was told to find a parking and my meal would be brought to me .The area where i had to park had no light and seemed like you could get mugged at any time - totally not on

The hand sanitizer was Bleach mixed with water. I watched how they packed the food, the guys hands touched the chips😒 Did not get a clean vibe from the store.
