I love KFC dunked wings at all other KFC I can buy extra dunked sause but at KFC beach road they always tells me they dont sell extra sause..... Witch my Question is Y at the other KFC we can buy extra dunked sause but not at KFC Beach road? Please I would like to know!!! Ant the staff is very unfriendly.... The staff member who help me I had to ask her numerous time to repeat herself as I could not hear anything she was saying...... I also heard other customers who ordered after me also experienced the same thing..... Bad service for me at KFC Beach road

Staff need training. Confused about a crunch meal having a choice of chips vs salad. Argued that 2 drumsticks not permissible in Streetwise Two. Cold drink from Crunch meal needed to be requested as we were leaving & realised it was not included. Food was fine!

Chicken was overlooked,dry and tasteless. Not enough sauce.Chips was dried out and hard.. The meal did not have a Kentucky taste.

The females toilet was not working and because it was an emergency the male toilet was extremely dirty and had a foul smell. Seating area had dirt in the corner, it felt very uncomfortable to even want to eat our ice creams.

THEE MOST FILTHY take away Ive ever been in.Food on the floor EVERYWHERE.Toilet is absolutely filthy.Chips being trampled by KFC staff behind the counter.Food messed everywhere.Countless packets of food and filth by the sit down area. When I asked the lady why their restuarant is in such a FILTHY state, her reply was : We have a lady here that is supposed to clean up, but she is very lazy.This restaurant has not been cleaned in ages.And to top it all, the messed up our order.STAY CLEAR!

Food was dry and the double crunch burger.. Well I had the surprise of my life when I opened te burger to fid 2 pieces of chicken the size of a nugget on it. Very disappointing

If they in peak hour,they not worried about the quolety of the chicken they sale,so I stopped my whole family from buying there,its now about two years now,and I wont take a chance to buy there again.

No long queues for service on the day, got our soft serve in less than 15 minutes.

If i had the option of giving zero stars or a minus i would do that.We arrived and wanted to order. So the lady in front of us said the card machine isnt working. We decided to go and withdraw money rather than waste time trying the card machine as well.When we got back the same people were still there waiting for their food. After 15 minutes without communication from one of the 6 staff members i wanted my money back because other clients that came 5 minutes later than we did were most probably at home already with their meals in hand.I waited more than 15 minutes for chips..... or thats what they said was taking so long.When we got home it was old chips not even fresh.So not going there ever again.

Waited 30 plus minutes for my online burgers. They were cold when I eventually got them. Only one lady serving and staff in complete disarray in the kitchen. Joke

KFC Strand is right at one of my favourite fishing spots. This is good because when fishing for shad or kabeljou, there is a spot to get fresh food when hunger strikes. The food is the standard Kentucky fair. The staff is always friendly. Pity no 24 hours.

Service is putrid. The cashier continued to serve 2 other customers before she made our ice cream cones leaving me waiting with food order in hand already. Her attitude was unacceptable. She didnt even greet me back when I walked up to the counter. Food wasnt done well. Some of the chicken was undercooked. Never going back.

Lady who took my order could not understand her mumbling through her mask tried to ask her to lift the mask a bit so i can hear her. She refused. Please get actual employees that want to deal with customers thats got a hearing problem .

Very poor service, extremely rude worker named Anna, busy with her own thing as i look for the sanitizer, she comes out of the blue, demanding unprofessionally for us to leave the Rest. and stand outside, where were she when we entered, someone shouldve stood at the door and control customers from entering if shefelt that it had too many customers as it were only 4 customers, on the inside.

So I am a family of 6 so bought a family treat. The cashier offered the option of 2L coke, which I then purchased. Sadly she only gave me 2 cups, I asked for more and she said only 2 is issued. Now you sell family meals, you sell 2L cokes but only give 2 cups? Cmon, no logic in that. I then asked the manager who then gave me another 2. Staff not the issue but illogical policy. Dont offer family meals if you cant support it properly

Great service. Im not a big Kfc fan because i always seem to get oily meat as for this branch i cannot say the same. It was just perfection itself. Ladies greeted me with a smile and served me with pleasure. There was also a board introducing you to the Chef. Very nice to see.

We were given relatively good service for the amount of people that were entering and leaving. Friendly staff. I asked to use the Bathrooms which were very tidy. My only issue would be the amount of refuge still left on tables after a couple or family was done eating.

Staff are Fantastic. I generally test the patience of staff members at drive throughs over the intercom by asking them to repeat orders a few times. The lady handled it really well, which is somewhat rare, since most will eventually get upset after a few times of having to repeat. Ive tried many different KFCs and this one is on Par with the better ones in terms of food quality (NOT Overly oily, chicken NOT burnt as is often seen, NOT too little sauce applied to their burgers etc). There is also good consistency in orders (Even when throwing curved balls at them with extras). Orders are nailed spot on 100% of the time.Keep up the Good work!

Horrible, horrible service,i can not even express the disguss in that shop. The staff is so so loud. They scream and laugh from the back. I had to tell them that they were making a noise but did not pay any respect to me, they just kept on with the noise. I will never put my foot in that store ever again,even after i told them Im logging a complaint they did not bear mind to me. Disrespectful

Worst KFC ever-- staff just there for their job - - No breakfast, no coffees - - while we were waiting for our so called crunchy burger (no crunch at all) slopped with mayo - - suggest you toast the buns!! After 2nd bite burger fell apart!! There were 3 groups of people wanting a brekkie & coffee!! No initiative or passion for their amazing job on Beach Road - - near accomodation - - perfect venue to make a great KFC!! Think someone must wake up and see opportunities!!

The chicken was warm but they had no mini loaves .The portions that they gave was very small in the streetwise two .They were extremely busy during the day .Staff looked very tired .So the service of the front counter staff wasnt the KFC feeling.but at least the guy did ask for my R2 donation .Many hot summer days ahead so extra staff would be advisable .

The windows says opens at 9AM. Im standing at the closed door like a fool until 09:30AM cos thats when they eventually decided to open. No explanation given. Staff saw me standing there and never bothered coming to me to tell me the situation. Bad service. Wont be back.
