My 2 daughters went in for ice cream and the store was empty.2 families came after and got their orders 1st and when my wife asked questions she was told they were busy .Staff with attitudes such as that needs to remain unemployed....too many struggling folks out there who would appreciate the job more ...

Was great buying takeouts for my family my mom dad and kid.. fresh chicken chips fresh coleslaw and mash and crazy... awesome thanks we enjoyed our dinner

My experience on the 26 Aug, well it was not good and not bad could have been way better, 1st I want to ask is kfc even normal you selling a street wise 2 a meal meant for grown up most times and you give a wing thats basically a zinger wing size less than half a packet of a already small chips and a very dry piece of something, what did I actually pay for??? Service today was slow and staff not as friendly as Im use to.you over cooked/ fried the burger pattie and pops and the chicken coaching was not fully done either

On the 18th of Aug 2021 I went to grab a bite and I had the most amazing experience, I wish wvery kfc could be like this. I was at the drive through and 1st girl who takes the order and payment, customer service skills on point, her greeting the way she interacted with us reading our order back checking that she got it right and it was all we wanted, so friendly and helpful, I wish I had her name. The 2nd girl at the collections window just as great and she was just as friendly. She told me she had a surprise for me and I laughed and then she went on to say she added 2 more dunked wings as the wings were small and didnt want to me feel like I paid for nothing. Brilliant service from both staff members and we need more people like them

During level four, they are take away only. COVID precautions are in place. That is , social distancing, temperature check and hand sanitizer at the door. Service is fairly quick, given the circumstances.

Rude staff,bad listening skills ,order was sloppy...

We ordered 8 bucket meals. On collection, the drive thru, me were given coke cold drinks nd requested ginger beer instead. The assistant, 1st said, we should have stipulated the order. But we were not provided with options, the lady at the order counter, was to buzy havn a personal conversation on her headset. Then, the lady at the collection countered, ended up saying, we dnt have ginger beer. I did not believe her.

Maybe it was just one bad day but it was my worst experience with any KFC at this branch. Firstly the drive thru was backed up @11am. I decided to order inside and when i enter there were 3 customers arguing about their orders being wrong. After listening to the argument it became clear that all three customers came through the drive thru. When it was my turn to order at the till. I had a simple order, 3 snack burgers with cheese, 3 crunch burgers and 10pc dunked wings. I had to repeat my order 4 times. Before i repeated the fourth time the patron behind me shouted my order to the lady at the till out of frustration. After receiving my order number and during my wait at te collection counter another 2 drive thru patrons came in with wrong orders. Finally getting my order, I checked it and it was indeed wrong as they gave me 1 snack burger with double cheese instead of my 4 snack burgers with a slice of cheese. Needless to say. This KFC wont be seeing me anytime soon.

Front floor and kitchen is well maintained and in clean conditions, the rest room for male and female only has two toilets available

Despite no Q, staff totally ignores you whilst chatting to other staffers. No courtesy, clearly the staff are untrained or the manager is ineffective.The box for 1 meal is advertised as 1 drumstick, a thigh was given instead with nil forewarning......What shouldve been a pleasant experience turned out disappointing.

No people loitering. No dodgy characters. Because of this there is a sense of safety. However where ever you go you should never let your guard down. The devil wears Prada. Once bought chicken and it was off. I mean the meat was green. That was just one incident though. Since then I always check the meat before I drive from any KFC. Place is clean wherever I am there. Customer service can improve. 3 stars.

Food is of very good quality, service a bit hectic .Found the food comes out a bit slow from kitchen.Customers and Mr Delivery guys complained about the long waiting period,this caused the cashiers and kitchen staff to argue among themselves ,but it was worth the wait as food was excellent.

I had to wait over an hour for my food and then they still didnt want to give my change 😒

Service delivery can do with some improvement

I would not recommend this store. The chicken and chips were soaked in old oil. I did not eat the food, I through it away and I would not even give it to my dogs. Definitely stay away if you have a choice.

My family loves there tikka chicken and naan bread and there curry

KFC Breakfast, should be a convenience....not the opposite. The staff at this KFC do not know what a black coffee is. All they know is Cappuccino!!!I wont bother with this establishment again when it comes to breakfast. Dont waste your time.

Please check your order before leaving the drive through. We had to go back for our fries and when we did get our fries that was not packed the large fries we bought and the burger meal fries were the same size.

They have friendlier staff... their cooking now needs to be on par... chips were friend in old oil..

Bad experience ever one evening. I ended up leaving the petrol station. Petrol attendees were chatting ignoring cars. But couple of times when I went there and the manager /owner is there the service is 100%. I was so disappointed with the guys honestly. I stopped using this petrol station

The Manager I dealt with was Veronica, she makes a huge difference to this franchise. Very professional and gets things moving, really moving.

The Chicken us Dry, the Coleslaw is dry and chips are cold on 60% of my visits to the restaurant. I will not go there again although they the closest KFC to my house

This branch is not always as good as I would expect and have definitely tasted better quality at other KFC outlets. Sorry for the low score here but Ive been here a few times and have had been disappointed on a few occasions. I may adjust this review in the future. Kind regards

Second time visiting this branch on a Friday and having to wait for order. Tonight its really bad waiting over 20mins already

No point in ordering online if you still need to wait over 20mins in store for your order after paying. Just go drive thru its quicker they seem to be prioritised.

Waited for what seemed forever in the drivethru lane. Only to be told that the ice-cream was too soft to be sold. I had to continue waiting in the drivethru lane as there is no emergency exit.

Their service is horrible, no salt, no tomatoe sauce no serviettes. Overall bad service. Good food though

The service was mmmmm. I asked them for 4 zinger burgers and they asked me if I want zinger sauce on the zinger burger ??? Really ?. I replied yes its a zinger burger. I got my order and left. Drove to diep river .took a bite from the zinger burger and gues what. It was a colonel burger that they just put zinger sauce on. Mmmmmm. I went back a week later. To order a zinger burger . Told them I want a zinger fillet on my zinger burger. They said yes. End of the story kenny did not get his zinger burger

Arrived at the drive through at 18h45. The line was extremely long and the shop was busy(pay day for some)One vehicle away from placing my order, we were told they ran out of chicken and only have wings available. What can I say.. dissatisfied and disappointed
