They are so far the best KFC I have had. And I have had KFC from a few KFCs. Their chicken is crispy, fresh and delicious. I prefer to buy my KFC from them any day. I am not much of a fan of KFC because they have oily food but this KFC probably airfry their chicken lol. I love their service and food. Keep up the great service and food preparation. Your chefs are tops.

A lady by the name Nomthanbaz Mlambo deserves to be part of your board. She is probably the best sales person Ive ever come across. She could sell a pen to a man who owns a pen shop.The security guard was lovely, the place was spotless and I had the best strawberry oreo krusher.

I have no problem with their staff or food but (for five six! ) their bluddy drive through road is so narrow and full of turns - its like driving a full on obstacle course! Next time I will park and order inside 😁😉 Twisters were nice and fresh though.

I moved today, so decided to go through the drive through at KFC, ordered 4 x Streetwise 3. Getting home I discovered that we had received 4 x Streetwise 2 😣, by this time I was so tired I phoned very upset. This lovely lady called Cindy Nzima answered the phone, listened patiently to this tired old lady, she asked for my adress, and literally came up to my front door to deliver the missing chicken and some extra chips for us.Well done on going the extra mile, and thank you for the amazing service!

Service is decent however, I am always disappointed by the zinger wings. It lacks flavour and tastes more like flour. This was my experience with the chicken in general. Can do with improvement in that regard.

Worst experience! Bad service, long waiting time. My crunch burger didnt have cheese on, after I took a bite went to ask and they just gave me the piece of cheese lose. I had to go back as they also forgot my zinger wings. No apology nothing. Not only will I avoid THIS KFC but I think the old dry buns put me off from KFC all together. Seriously, I cant see that the health department could allow them to operate. No sanitizing of tables, they are dirty. Their sanitizer that they provide is a sticky mess. Just horrible horrible horrible experience. I cant see that any of the positive reviews are accurate, not even close. This place should close its doors and definitely fire the management.

Clean and quick service. Unfortunately the cardboard straws dont work well with KFC crushers.... U end up eating cardboard and not be able to enjoy the crusher

Current shift of staff are good, place is clean, food was fresh. The drive through is a bit of an unnecessary snake and if a truck parks in the parking lot it blocks the drive through

Stood at ordering station for 2 minutes, nobody takes order. Drove around to first window to see whats going on. Car in front waiting. Stood and wait for more than 15 minutes. Car behind me backed out. I left as well. Worst service I ever received
