What an amazing setting and ambiance. The place is absolutely spectacular inside and outside.The staff some of the friendliest I have ever encountered.The food is also amazing and well prepared.Definitely worth a visit.Watch out for new events every week

Waited a few mins before I was served, ordered a wrap with a zinger fillet, it came with a normal fillet.

Not a bad place at all. Food was good, waiting time not bad. Even when there was a proper storm and they had a drivin queue as long as the N2 they managed to efficiently get orders out and not make mistakes at that. Honestly even macdonnas could learn a thing or two from the team that was onsite that day. 5 stars. Not sure what else can be said about a KFC.

The manager on duty ignored me despite making eye contact so that he could continue flirting with two Spur waitresses who he told the cashier were there every night and were his best customers. I learned about their habitual visits all from standing in the line with the people at the tills ignoring me.I had initially gone through the drive through but after dealing with a friendly lady who took my order, the guy who was preparing it did not open the window to greet or tell me why my order was taking so long. I sat ignored for 6 minutes and then when I went inside, I was ignored further. I have no problem waiting, just let me know.Absolutely disgusting customer service. My mother gave up on them years ago because of their undercooked chicken. No more excuses, done with this branch.Their staff also switch from English to vernacular and speak about customers or audibly show their frustration with the day and direct it at customers. I did complain about this to them in person the very same day it happened. This was the last straw.Bad customer service. If negative stars were possible, thats what they would have gotten because they dont even deserve that ONE star.

The service is terrible, they dont care, never pack things in the correct packaging, and the food is cold!

Order not put together correctly following specific instructions. Manager contacted but blaming Mr. Delivery. Not helpful at all and to add insult to injury food was cold too.

The food was poor. They didnt even bother putting my rounder in a box. The chips were old and cold, the wrap had no sauce on it, zinger wings had no spices the list goes on. I wont make the mistake of stopping here again.

I orderded 2 street wise 2 and 4 wings.I recieved 2 streetwise 2s and 4 wings and the 1 streetwise had a wing in it.We bought for myself, hubby and 10year old.My daughter and i each ended up having 1piece of chicken and a wing for supper.We ordered in and to get the rest of our chicken we have to drive to them to pick it up

I ordered and all star box meal via Uber eats the colonel burger didnt look the part flat small piece of chicken the entire meal just looks disgusting I have never seen something like this in my life!! KFC platterkloof should be ashamed at this terrible service I paid good money to receive this disgusting box meal!!!

We always buy from KFC in Plattekloof, and the food is fresh, warm, tasty.... But tonight was absolutely awful, burgers looked and tasted like it was 4 days old, the chips tastes old, and the 9 piece chicken bucket could have been a 4 piece, i have never seen such small pieces of chicken. Truly disgusted with KFC tonight.... And to think, this order was R400.

Well I suggest that the place is so cool and their kfc taste so good,Ive just realised after we drove off that they served me the wrong order; (1 small bagger+chips)instead of a streetwise 2. I bought a 21 piece bucket +streetwise 2

There is always a queue and always one person taking orders inside the KFC. Its much faster to go through the drive thru. The food was good, but was told they have no tomato sauce in stock. When I insisted they opened a cupboard and gave me tomato sauce which didnt make sense. The upstairs eating area was very dirty and it looked like the bin hasnt been emptied the entire day. The rubbish started to pile on top of the bin and on the table next to the bin. It could be a great KFC because the upstairs eating area has a beautiful view of Table Mountain and sea view.

Friday, 21st August. I just collected my order through drive-through. I ordered 2 x dunked pops.... There is hardly any sauce on the pops and I also didnt receive my drink. The reason Im typing this as there is ALWAYS a problem with my order, but let it slide...

Dont offer Curbside collect if the system does not work! Even though app says bringing your food now waited outside for 20minutes. Tried to phone. Placed on hold. When I eventually went into shop they said they didnt know I was there. The system is not working!

They chicken was great and customer service wonderfull

If some portions of your meal is missing. you can be forgiving. same cant be said for fries

Decided to visit KFC Plattekloof to get some supper, cause were so used to the convenience and friendly service of other KFCs. But for the first time, we cant swap sides because its not on the system.After asking why this particular KFC does not offer this option, we were bluntly ignored and your staff member just carried on to the next customer.

This place actually sells most things needed, but could improve by having a better selection of products and services from a pharmaceutical aspect. Currently only a limited pharmacy inside pick and pay. ( staff are awful at the till check out point , unfriendly and ive had to pack my own trolley on many occasions ) . There still exists an air of entitlement, that lends to bordering on racism among certain shoppers . ( looking at me as if i dont belong there). Also...there are birds flying around in the shop at pick pay Unhealthy.

Awesome place to grab a quick bite. We usually use the drive through and its mostly quick apart from peak hours on month end although the staff try their best to be quick. The meat can sometimes be gushing in oil so he ware of that.

Dont go here. Terrible service from the girls. Mostly the one taking orders. Very rude. She be talking to you while on whatsapp and she makes mistakes, She then makes it look like its your mistake.

I ordered a delivery through MrD and they delivered the wrong items again like they also did before lockdown!!! Then I tried to call them for 30 minutes and the telephone line stayed engaged. Wrong items in my bag happened 4 times before lockdown and now after lockdown. One would of thought they have had a nice rest and would be on the ball. Last time ever Im ordering from Plattekloof - tired of old chips and wrong orders 😡😤

Best kfc Ive been to in a while. Clean, friendly staff, quick service and the chicken just tasted so much fresher. The burgers were also somehow better, the buns were fresh and the box wasnt packed full of lettuce. I guess i will keep coming back here!

Went through the drive-thru...Their card machine was broken, so we waited a bit for the car in front of us to pay. But they found another terminal and our payment went through quickly. Order was waiting at the next counter so that was quick. Food was... Finger licking good 😀😀(I also love the new ordering system.... The box that talks to you! Very effective and personal!)
