Parow KFC always offers a seemingly better version of the menu and appear to pride themselves in making the perfect consistency gravy (my favourite).The staff are friendly and always eager to get the client orders correct and will challenge each other to prepare the order as quickly as possible.I usually will go inside to order, but there is a drive through and their in store system also has separate order numbers for delivery services that also appear to be a well managed cooperation with those services.There are sit down areas downstairs and upstairs that are clean and spaced according to Covid-19 regulations.My only apprehension with this review is that it may make the already popular KFC very busy, but I do trust their team to manage the traffic.

Drive through experience has topped my visits to any other kfc. Staff attending were so great and such friendliness. On point service and ensured my items were all in the bag and correct. So welcoming. Thank you!!!

Was a bit slow at drive thru, 40 min i was 5th in line, having said that it was loadshedding so wont hold it against you

It could be better to put more workers around 5pm so, custermer and delivery guys can not stay on the queue for long time

They made me wait almost 2 hours for my order! I called them to find out what the delay is and they told me my order was just handed over to the delivery guy. Soon as the line dropped they CANCELLED my order that Ive been waiting for 2 hours!! Guess whos family isnt eating tonight? MINE!!!!! Disgusting!!! I will never by from you people again!!!!!

I bought zinger wings there and they were rotten and the other day I bought a Twista there it had cabbage instead of lettuce 😡

Slow and unfriendly staff. The drive through is always slow. Dont think of arriving ten minutes before closing time as you will be told that they are closed

Pathetic and extremely slow services. Waited 30 minutes for 3 cones which is ridiculous. The card machines wasnt working either and I was told its my card yet other customers also had issues. No apology from the staff whatsoever because they too busy talking to eachother instead of working like they should.

My dog child loves this place. At least twice a week he goes there to buy him sprinkle pops. They know him by name already.

If you want Golden crispy chicken. This is the only KFC in the Western Cape with non wey kfc. Their mash has great gravy to patato ratio. Its just amazing

The food was delivered on time but how can you order a streetwise 3 and the 3rd piece is not even a piece of chicken, my dog dont even want to eat this.I took photo of this funny piece of chicken that looks like the form of a small rat and I posted it to mr d.

Excellent service by KFC Parow. Always.I have used the online purchase twice and I was not disappointed. Its well worth it because they offer extra food depending on what you are buying. An extra piece of meat when you buy for R25 and more on online purchases runs across board.

Had it with this KFC. Fourth time having to go back for incomplete orders packaged. Fed up. We try and support them as they are the closest to home, but would rather suggest taking a longer drive to a different KFC. Food quality very disappointing as well. Good day. I just ordered the Crunch slider box meal and it just didnt look even close to the photo that I saw... Feel disappointed for I do understand that nothing looks as nice as the picture and wish I could send you a photo of how it looked... Not very happy!
