Very disappointed in the service I received at nandos grandest. I stood by the door for almost 5 minutes waiting to be screened eventually the lady came to screen my husband and I. Then she tells us they only serving take aways there is no sit down meals. We ordered our food and while waiting about 7 blacks walks in Im not racist but they are then allowed to be seated to be served. They could see my face and the next minute one of the waiters came to me to say oh you can have your meal here. I refused to because I was already told that I should take a take away. Getting home omw the food was disgusting I ordered chicken livers which was burnt and so dry it choked.i dont think I would ever want one go back to that particular nandos

Very bad service. My friends asked the lady by the till for a seat & they said we couldnt sit down when there were plenty of open tables. No screening at the entrance.

We have always enjoyed the food served here and also the service was never disappointing!.....TODAY: - 3rd April 2017....Back here again to indulge in a Pap & Livers Very Hot!!!.....Today: - 29th June 2017.....Just catching a quick snack on the go!!!....Today 8th March 2019! Our first visit here after a long time and in the new-lii made- over venue! Today it’s “Boss Nonke” lunch! The chicken is delicious and fresh as always! The place is snazzii and nice with much more seatings inside and outside overlooking the Nu-Metro movies foyer! Always enjoyable here!....Nov 2020. Finally open for business again..

Worst service ever. Ordered through Bolt food and food was delivered 2 hours later.

Food was nandos good, service was very bad. At least the manager did make contact.

We have been waiting for more than 45min for our chicken, sides came 30min ago. All the manager can say is that theres a waiting period🙄. Seriously now????Disappointed!!!

Bad service Bad food tough chicken. Chicken livers so watered down. Service and food pathetic. Waited over 1 hour for our meals. Managers motto is get small orders out first meanwhile we paid as we placed our order.Called Nandos Call Centre they didnt even bother to return my call. Nandos Grand West cannot handle holiday pressure.Nandos the ball is now in your court to deliver better service.

We had to wait more than 30 min for a simple order for 4 people. People who placed their order after us was helped before us.

I am extremely disgusted with my order. My fiance had order us food for supper after opening our food ready to sit down and eat we came across a dead fly , a black fly! Kindly note that the food has not been opened before we sat down to eat. This was very off putting. I called the store with no answer I eventually got through to the contact center and the consultant had promised to call the store on my behalf to inform the manager and let me know what the feedback is. I am still waiting without feedback and without supper!

Great manager ever. We had an issue with our order before and when we addressed it with her she never argued. She listened and resolved the issue. Keep it up and give tht lady bells nope give her more of the South African flavor.

I had supper there today. Food was delicious. The new milkshake is horrible thou.. Its not made with ice cream but pure milk... No taste in there nothing! Surely wont ever have a milkshake there again!

I ordered 2 meals via uber eats and whilst the order was being made i got a call from nandos grandwest management to say they dont have wings .the manager said this to me i cant give you frozen wings i mean really now.........then i was told i to choose anything i want to replace the wings.i said to the manager to give me a drink then.....when uber delivered there was no drink.....then i called back and the manager had left for the day.......i dont think this is at all nice.....

Most disappointing experience today at 13.31.We were 4 adults + 1 baby of 1year 3 months..ordered the R249.00 special..no coke 1.5L(my favourite drink) available , but they only had 1.5L Fanta, yet we were invoiced for coke.Waitress brought 3 plates to our table instead of 4..had to ask for another plate.Our order was delivered with cold rolls..was returned to be warmed.About 10 mins into eating our meal ..the power goes out & no lights in the restaurant..we had to eat in the dark..no apologies from any of the staff..i asked to see the manager & she said that Grandwest was doing a test on their back up generator..she said it was going to take about 10 mins..lights came on again after 10 mins & after a few secs went off again & did not come on again..du. to the load shedding by Eskom ..we continued eating in the dark..i spoke to the Managress again to ask her if she had a candle that we could use..she replied no, & that there was nothing she could do as it was not their problem, but Granwests problem.We then asked for the balance of our meal to be taken away.Again, no apologies when we left the restaurant in the dark.

Had a very bad experience once again at nandos Granwest how possibly can someone get the same meal that I ordered before me when I ordered way before them Dont advertise meal that you guys dont have in store like rolls for my fellow customers dont order spicy rice its so not worth your hard earned money portion wise.

The worse Nandos Ive ever been to all over the world.Totally disappointed experience that was meant to be an evening well spend with family last night.It was a busy Friday night and sales were coming in miraculously well.We waited nearly 1 hour before our order arrived but very disappointing .The chips were ice cold , burgers and pita all soggy and more than half of the order were missing.As we were sitting patiently waiting on our food to be cooked, I saw 2 staff members washing some cutlery in a bucket of water on a table and wiping it with this totally disgusting cloth.GROSS.........where is the Health and Safety Standards of this place.We had to go and ask where the rest of the order was and were told that it was cooked but no where to be found.The rest of the order arrived without a side that was ordered and payed for at the time of entry,I spoke to the manager who was a very polite ,young man that explained that they were short of staff and said that he was SORRYand asked me what he can do to make me come back again.I demanded my money to be refunded and that I will not return to this branch of Nandos ever.They refunded only half of my money and took my details because someone will contact me today. I am awaiting a call from another Nandos person, hopefully.This is totally shameful to the Nandos brand and I find this absolutely UNACCEPTABLE THAT YOU TAKE MY MONEY AND YOU DONT DELIVER THE SERVICE!!!!!!Close your doors, shut down your night service if you dont have people to do the job but dont take your customers money and than you say SORRY

We had such a poor experience, I came here with my family of 8 tonight and they bought 3 plates, two sets of cutlery and even though we bought a coke they bought no cups. We bought 12 rolls and they bought two butter cups, I kept having to ask for more things and the waiter would bring short stuff. It felt like we were on their way.

Opens late at 11:13am while customer waits outside and staff is busy eating and playing around. All other restaurants opened on time. Not on Nandos Grandwest. I ended up going somewhere else which I wasnt happy about

The most unprepared restaurant I have ever been at.I was there a few times I dont know if they are under new management or what is going on there.You wait a bit for your food, cutlery dirty no straws now paper towels NO TEAM WORK.

Staff argued at the till as we entered the line to order instead of helping us. When we asked for our drinks, they took our slip but we had to ask 2 more people before we received them. The waitress was very unprofessional when speaking to us. Very very bad experience.

The service we received at nandos (Grandwest) this evening was PUTRID. I strongly advise that consumers think twice before considering dining at what I would call this franchise way below just mediocre service.I waited nearly 40 mins for Cutlery alone.PATHETIC!

Customer service was below par. Staff took their own time to take orders, no variety of drinks at the time, minimal extras given for a sit-down meal and spice containers on the tables were empty.

Tells me my order will be 10mins while we have people waiting here almost a half an hour. I never get why there is always just cashier open on a busy day.

01 December, restaurant extremely busy, only 1 cashier, on me asking the manager if there was only 1 cashier on duty,he totally ignored me. I then proceeded to ask again he nodded without even looking up. I then informed him that he was being indignant and he looked up angrily and uttered maam as to indicate that he doesnt have time for this. He refused to give me his name and said that I could report him, it matters not to him, with a thumbs up
