Good service. The attendant was a bit stunned when my daughter started off with how are you? - and it took her a moment to register before she could answer. I guess its not often that clients ask the staff how they are - make their day.We just stopped for Ice Cream and a Krusher for my daughter. In and out like in a minute.

Horrid experience. Asked for a veggie burger meal with a sprite. The lady told me theres no such thing and took 10min making a meal on the system. Have a look at the receipt I posted. There was no sauce in my burger even though I asked to swap out the mayo for zinger sause. I got the wrong Pattie and to top it all off I got a coke instead of sprite.

No mention of the free goods we were supposed to get until we asked and the lady very nonchalantly says after we waited 20 minutes that we have to come back Friday as they are out of stock. Pathetic. Why isnt that communicated to the lady who takes orders? So that u can inform people before they make a purchase

We waited for over 45min, they were clearly short staffed (only 1 cashier) on month end by th way. Surely the scheduling could have been better. At least food was fresh and well prepared 👍

Went to KFC for a snack burger today. It is advertised at R16.90 but they charged me R17.90 ... I know that its only a R1 but its not about the money its the principle and yes its my R1. False advertising and no remorse

One of the well known quick food places with their secret herbs and spices, but yet this one has the most friendly and talkative staff. Nice experiences whenever I go there for quick food.

During the visit to KFC, the burger that was ordered came back very unappetizing and as the fullest seemed to be a bit small comparing to the others. I approached the cashier and requested to see the Manager. She was courteous and professional. Listened to my complain and immediately tried to resolve the matter swiftly. The burger came back better and more appetizing. Thank you to the Manager for taking the time out to assist in the matter. I wish you well in your endeavors to make KFC Belhar a place to go, where others have failed in customer service and assistance. Krusher machine always out of order

I wanted to try the new Nacho Cheese burger Meal which is stated on the board at the drive thru as R39. 90.. Get to the lady that takes the order and she says its R47 something with no explanation to why its that price just that the drink is in a bottle, as we drive on to the pay and collect point, I asked the lady why its not the price on the board and she explained that its not in the cup but the bottle thats why its extra she called the manager and he did not once make any eye contact or even speak to us not even greet for that matter my boyfriend wanted to ask him to explain and he just walked away.. As we driving I checked if everything is there.. And no chips to my meal but a burger and my drink.. I honestly wasnt very happy about my service.. As I also work with clients on a daily basis and working under pressure is not easy but Atleast take the time to do some explaining to the customer just to get and understanding..

Seating is comfortable enough except for the barstools. Service is prompt and friendly. The atmosphere is usually calming and not frenetic. The food is up to standard.

Got an SMS yesterday about the Sunday promotion with the 9 piece bucket for R99, get to this KFC they tell me the promotion has ended. I literally got the SMS the Saturday evening and Sunday I went there. I ended up having to buy a regular bucket, this SMS was a just a hoax to get the customer there. Not impressed

KFC management , please tell your employees to fill the fries. Large fries = medium fries but customers pay for large chips. Other than that the food was fresh and not oily., Waited 3 minutes for my order which was super fast compared to other fast food places.

Service is always slow, no matter the time of day or day of the week... The drive through is the worst of all the KFCs Ive been to in the western cape area. Unfortunately its the closest KFC to home, so my remarks are not isolated to a single occurrence but numerous visits over a 4 year period.

They tell you to wait 2 minutes for your order in the drive thru but then you end up standing there for more almost 15 minutes. What a waste of time.
