This store is very poorly managed and dirty. The staff are unhelpful and rude. Because of the income level of clients served they provide disgusting service

Poor management, absolutely pathetic guys. The shop is pumping and the queues are extremely long, which is expected as it is month end. All I wanted to get was a pack of smokes and x4 bottles water and I ask the manager who was standing right there if he doesnt have anyone at the kiosk and he just politely tells me no sorry you, you going to have to stand in that queue... I understand you might be understaffed which is poor management but atleast build better customer relation... Where has the customer experience gone

Got robbed by a cashier at the express till and this same cashier let a customers chicken fall out of the packet and picks it up with her bare hands and puts it back into the packet. I was so disgusted by this.

My close to home pop in store when I need anything. I love the fresh produce and freindly service.

Considering the area they catering...they pretty well stocked. And the staff are amazing...always willing to help and go look for items at the back...Pick n pay ottery could learn from them

I just got robbed by a cashier working at the express lane.I bought airtime and she didnt give it to me cos I thought it was with my slip. I turned back after visiting other shops and she told me that it was my fault coz I left without it.She is light of completion with blonde hair and a black scarf. Please watch out for her.You dont wanna come home and find out that you dont have things you bought.

Management is horrible they dont even know there own specials cashier over charged me for a product and got sent to 3 different managers and non of them could help i just became eye rated and left

Very convenient location and operating hours. Closes at 20:00 daily. The centre itself also has pretty much everything you would need.

This Shoprite I found to be well equipped with what the community needs. It does sometimes get quite full and lack of queuing space does start to get a bit cramped. I have noticed that youll very often find empty shelves due to not having any more stock once all shelve items have been purchased.

Competitive prices thats reasonable. Do not like the clutteredness. Play old school music thats outdated thats supposedly to be the liking of coloured people, but I am coloured and thats music is lame. Ques are way to long. Their staff are over tired and unhappy cause they are not well paid and therefore do not give excellent service.

This is a very clean shopper friendly shop. Staff are very co-operative and always willing to assist. Prices are great & competitive.

Community store well placed and stocked, butchery. Hardware shop chemist bottle store etc. Good.

A small strip mall in the shape of an L - with its main tenant being Shoprite. There is a hardware store, Chinese cheapie shop and some others. Convenient and well located on old Strandfontein Road and easily accessible to the growing Pelican Park area as well as part of Schaapkraal and Strandfontein.The Mall has a Nedbank, ABSA and Standard Bank ATM.

Pelican park was great its small not too full and it takes less time then running into another mall where it would be full....

Horrible service, strange, u comfortable stares from staff, lazy staff and disgustingly filthy floors, counters, fridges and theres always packaging lying around... Please train your staff in basic ethics... Managers in this store are horrible... Lazy as hell... Everything about this place a screams health hazard... The parking area is cleaner than the inside of this store

Its convenient if u in a hurry just need extra staff at times when u hav to stand long in a queue hope they see to the needs of the poeple

Its okay to run in and get what you need especially in terms of convenience for the people nearby, however, the staff arent the best, they lack professionalism, the store isnt always the cleanest and at peak times you can queue quite long not because there arent enough tellers but because they are just slow, the people who shop here are also not the best when it comes to manners and etiquette, I often end up driving past and going to Ottery hyper instead even though its further and a bit more pricey I just feel more comfortable their, I only go in to this shoprite if I really need to

Near to home and has an Amazing butcher Classic meat market

Flies sitting on the cakes and biscuits in the bakery is a turn off.

As anew establishment it still have to prove themselfs, price wise as it is situated in a poor community.

Little tills was open and the shop was ful also the staff on duty was advised they cannot have lunch wen they have been on duty since the morning they had to wait on staff to come from another branch to assist them. So uncool
