Im dissapointed in this store, theres just too many bulk displays making walkways narrow, even at the tills. Staff dont wear their masks at all and cold chain perishables such as yoghurt are not packed in fridges. Not a pleasant experience and wouldnt recommend this store which is a shame that the rest of this shopping centre is a pleasure.

I got all items that was advertised on the sms I received from Shoprite stores sale and I was another happy customer.

Me and my husband visited the store this morning and it was pumping already just after 8.30am. The Store Manager Grant was very helpful Awsome customer service for getting our dispensers that was on special for R99 each. And a big thank you to the gentlemen who brought it and checked it if its in good order. As well to the guy in dressed in casual who assisted s us with the hose pipe. Awsome customer service.. Keeep it up.

Very nice but limited stock.No coriander. No oregano.No chicken braai packs. Only big frozen chicken packs. Small variety of canned tomatoes.

I love this store. It can be over populated over weekends. Therefore I try and do my shopping during the week to avoid the crowd. They are fully stocked and the staff is very friendly. The store is quite big and I specifically love their Xtra Savings card. At the till I joyfully watch how rands are reduced from my actual total once the casier swipes my Xtra Savings Shoprite card....love it...

This store I must say always leaves me walking out with far more than I planned on getting.. I always seem to find things in the store in areas I dont expect to find. They market their products well for impulse buyers. Staff always friendly and helpful qauilty is good an fresh. I recommend this store to all in the area it will surprise you. Would have been 5 stars but its always full and with covid its a concern so 5 stars from me when there is better crowd control.

Shoprite watergate mall has the unfriendliest and unprofessional staff. The cashiers has an attitude like theyre doing you a favour by helping you, the floor staff even worse.

Love it for the way all things can quickly be done... it doesnt become as full as the regular shopping centres. It doesnt have everything, yes, but its super convenient in terms of the services it has

Always a pleasure to do shopping at Watergate Mall. Only issue is the entrance with the booms causing a bottle nek.

If I could give zero I would my experience today was that the staff extremely unfriendly not helpful and dont expect the staff to even greet and I do understand shop work is tough but greeting is free

The environment was clean and has easy access to all my essential services.

Service is not up to standard...long lines with no manager in site to manage the store propley..there is also no urgency in the cashers..the money market is the worse.

Staff always willing to assist and if confused as to a certain item is stored staff member will take you to the correct location

I am very disappointed as the services with regards to cash withdrawals; whereby I was send from the one cashier to the next to the next🙄 Addressed it with the branch manager who to my suprise also directed me to another cashier who informed me its their policy to first assist the customer in line prior assisting me although I already was in a queue. So I have to waited again....😡😩 Wheres customer service friendly and store management ethics 🤯😰

Shoprite bakery staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. No customer service. Shoprite should send them for customer care training

Big Joe Pies...Advertisement poster clearly shows PIES for only R10.ooPasted in the window...Upon enquiry we told there are NO-MORE of these R10.00 PIES... Available..We then advise that the poster be removed as its a MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT..and to re-use the poster...once stock is available...The girls respond that its too much effort to take down the poster... and then put it up again...PS...THE one responding...must be too busy...doing absolutely nothing....
