Still experiencing bad customer service from usave langa cashier. This cashier was serving at the first till from the door on the 27th of September 2021. The manager seemed to be rude also because she supported her colleague instead of helping customers. Customer is always right.That cashier must leave langa usave

I think its high time they employ people who know what they are doing . I couldnt even buy a SIM card this morning . I had my passport and proof of residence .

The best Shoprite Ive been to. Everything is on its place and theres enough space to walk around. Their shelves are always neatly packed. You wont find people busy packing the shelves like you do in other stores. Everything is always fresh too.

The cashiers are selective when serving customers. I went there trying to withdraw a Wicode more than 3 times and they turned me away saying they dont do that there when I know that I always withdraw using Wicode at Shoprite Stores. They are not willing to help and sometimes they told me they had no cash when I kept seeing others getting cash back from the same tills. I was so annoyed and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes until the manager came to help me. The till attendants are so ignorant and unwilling to assist. I am working with the community members on a recycling buy back centre and these ladies are paid using the evoucher and they always complain to me that they are not helped at this Usave. I am so disappointed!
