Really enjoyed my 1st time there. New owners were fantastic. Definitely worth trying out. Had great steaks, and the choc fondant was top class.

Been here a few times for breakfast and lunch - the food is really good but the service is poor and the kitchen is really slow. So if you dont mind waiting at the door being ignored at first and then wait for ages to be seated before waiting even longer for your great food then this is the place for you. But if you hungry and in a bit of a rush rather avoid this one

We were seated outside the main eatery today for a lunch. Restuarant fairly full so we seated outside by the host. The table next to us had a family of 5 which already had drinks. I left my wife to order whilst going to 1 of the vendors at flea market in the center. After about 15 min my wife calls to inform me we not eating at King Craft because the waiter ignored her, whilst he visited the family at the table next to ours thrice. Will not visit Kings Craft Eatery again.

Loved the food and the restaurant decided to accommodate us, even though they were about to close the kitchen. Loved it!

The review for today is based on the drink I had this afternoon.A tequila Sunrise without the sunrise. It was definitely not what I expected. If I order a cocktail I expect to see colour, flavour.....but not this cocktail.The food was good. We had the Monday special.

Service is usually very very slow. Too few, very uninterested waiting staff. Could not even manage to push two tables together; waited 25 minutes for two milkshakes with restaurant virtually empty. The food, however, once it finally arrived, was good.

Their food is good.. But their service is not consistent and its too long for them to still be having Teething issues - an example : one day your take away latte is in a normal takeaway cup and then next day its given in a flimzy plastic milkshake holder meant for you to burn with, while the Manager doesnt care or try and help you. Pedantic? Nope. Its the details that make the regulars stay regulars! Definitely lost me as a regular!

Great vibe and amazing food

Hi was there this morning with my 4-year old. Nice and near the play area, but let down by BAD breakfast. We both had shockingly cold eggs, no idea how a poached egg directly from the kitchen could come out so cold, and the orange juice had started to ferment. I mentioned the fermented juice to the waiter, but he just took the juice away an did nothing more. There are way better places in the centre to eat, keep well away if you would like to enjoy your morning.

Tapas were really good. However the service is lacking. Got my order to have it abruptly taken away with no explanation. After that my order was forgotten only to receive it after the rest of the table had already finished their mains.

Not sure where to start. Booked a Mother’s Day lunch, arrived, waited around because Brent who greeted us at the door told us he will find a table like he was doing us a favour. Eventually we just agreed to be seated wherever he saw fit after waiting half an hour, and then waited for over 45 minutes just to get starters off the set menu which was served with no cutlery or even a napkin. The lunch was not good, raw carrots, one of us was served fat with no lamb at all, overcooked chicken. Our poor waiter Johan, was so sweet and doing his best to apologise and keep us happy which is more than I can say for the other gent. The dessert was ok, browny ice cold, but was probably the better part of the entire meal. This place came highly recommended and I’m sure on a regular day the food and service is better, but the simple solution is that it you cannot provide good service then don’t overbook yourselves or overcrowd the restaurant. The poor waitrons have to bear the brunt of the frustrated customers.

Kings Craft eatery is THE place to go if you want to spoil your taste buds. Hubbie had a juicy espetada and I opted for the Thai prawns with flatbread. One thing is for sure, the chef knows about getting great flavours on your plate - every dish. Definitely recommended. Beautiful background piano played and service is excellent. We will be back.

I have had the privilege to eat at Kings Craft Eatery many times and I love the Lion Heart Lager Craft Beer and the Beef Espetada.

What an amazing experience.1stly they adhere to all Covid protocols which is excellent.Secondly, the service we received from the welcome, to menu and drinks selection was excellent.Thirdly, the Monk beer is excellent and the Espetada that I had was perfectly done. Menu prices are good and they have a small kiddies menu as well.My kids made their own Pizza and they loved it.Generous amount of topping on the kids pizza aswell.For my first visit to this place it was definitely one to remember.The service, food and experience is just awesome.Do yourself a favour and eat here.

Tried this new place in Willowbridge. Absolutely amazing, the decor is great, staff(yes new) but all very welcoming and the food was out of this world! Will definitely be back again!

Ordered the chicken burger, and got what looked like a kiddies burger. Second time around am sure it was the same piece of chicken just flattened more as it was tough and tasteless. Will not be back.

A nice eatery but very popular, read busy, food was great.

Menu is limited to expensive fancy food, no option for light meals except salads that are mostly leaves. Coffee was good and the waitress was very friendly.

Service slow and food wasnt that impressive. I hate giving reviews like this but, for slow service with barely any customers in the restaurant, does not sit right with me.

Poor service. Waited very long for our simplistic breakfast. After asking 3 times we left very hungry without our food.
