Come on, just have a look at the pictures... Manos is exceptional! Best crayfish tails I have had. Everything we tasted was exceptional, calamari, ribs just everything! Food made with real soul & expertise. The Greek salad is very authentic, it comes to the table neatly presented altough its best served all mixed together!

The food was good and the lady who served me was highly professional and very efficient. She was accommodating and made really good recommendations. A disappointment was the manager’s abruptness and the fact that he was very selective in terms of who he was friendly with. He did not make me feel welcome at all.

Our hotel was very close so we thought wed give Manos a try for a bit of lunch, and were very happy we did. The food, drink and the service was A1. Kelly the owner even put herself out of her way to come and welcome us and had a little chat, lovely friendly lady for sure.We thought it was that good we went back the following night. As we turned up, Kerry welcomed us again and also remembered my girlfriends name and mine, which we both thought was amazing. Over the 2 meals which included amazing salads, piri piri chicken livers, tempura prawns, lamb chops, bbq chicken kebabs, spaghetti bolognese, black tiger prawns and lovely hot chilli sauce.All the food we ate was absolutely awesome and would definitely visit again when back in town. The 2nd time we visited, the restaurant became very full, very quickly, so Id highly recommend booking a table, we saw multiple groups being sent away.Brilliant food and great hospitality puts Manos very high up on my Cape Town restaurant list, maybe top!

Hidden gem of Cape Town dining scene. It has lost little bit of its old charm for being the family kitchen for the Sea Point and Green Point crowd, but the food is still excellent and theyre still paying special attention to the ingredients. Its more of a restaurant now.First time I was dining there, I met Paul Allen (R.I.P.) of Microsoft through a common friend. I suppose that sums up how the place is known for the IT crowd (See what I did there 👈😁).Greek Peasant Salad is a must have for starters. That alone gets the place five stars.

The thing that makes this restaurant so special is its consistency. The waiters are always good and quick service is given, the menu hasn’t been changed in years and doesn’t need to be they have perfected their meals. Their deserts are also something to take note of. Best creme brulee in town!!!

Youll have to go several times to get through the menu but highlights include the Caesar Salad, Seafood Curry, Schnitzel, Chicken Livers and personal favourite, the Prego Roll! Dont miss the fresh chilli.

We were the owners of Oak Tree Residence, up the road, up to 2006. We loved going to Manos, even if our children were small then. Now, whenever we go to Cape Town, we visit and eat at Manos (with our teenage- and adult children). The quality and ambience are still the best. Highly recommended!!! Apparently its been there for more than 45 years? .... that says it all

The food was amazing here Mediterranean prawn curry was exceptional , the pork ribs , this needs to be requested as its not on the menu these were succulent and juicy the sauce on the ribs completed the dish , simple and delicious. The chicken Deboned also on request was on point and really good. The chocolate brownie was soft and and moist with just the right amount of ice cream to cover the balance and with every bite

They quickly arranged a table for us on a busy night. the appetizers: calamari and prawn tempura were delicious. the Mozambique prawn curry and the baked potato were awesome too. the fish and chips were just OK. We had the best service we have had in the last year from our waitress, Nina. She made our experience great. It was super easy walking from our hotel cape royale.
