When I went in to order the flowers I waited quite a bit and although the first assistant was friendly she handed me over to the lady who does the arrangements, well no help there boy! I felt a bit like I was in her way and making use of her prescious time....her help was offered in one or two word sentences. In the end the first assistant helped me and I must say it was much better. When I collected the next morning it was a breeze.

My first visit here was just to look around for my daughters wedding ideas. We had such an amazing breakfast at their coffee shop and they helped us pick the ideal flowers and corsages and it was all ready to be collected the day before the wedding. Perfecto!

Even have a nice coffee shop, lots of parking and any small gifts can think of. Nice fresh flowers at all times.

I went to buy flowers. Dispite having to wait some I was help relatively quickly. The flowers I last almost 2 months. Their organisation and flow around the shop could improve.The coffee shop looked inviting and had a good layout. There was also an upstairs where you could buy flowers

A convenient flower store if you stay close by. However I went on a Friday afternoon and there wasnt a great variety of roses, but fynbos had a colorful collection. So I was a bit disappointed about the variety.Friendly staff. Lovely coffee shop.

Attended the festive table setting demo. Snacks and coffee provided were good and appreciated. Lucinda (Demonstrator) and Marta (florist) had wonderful energy. Disappointed that the sea urchin vase/pot was not available from Bunches for Africa to purchase immediately but Lucindas has offered to find out from whom I might be able to get it from. Table settings where not my style or colour scheme (heavy and dark) but they were good. The cost I found to be very reasonable and I look forward to attending more demos next year. Thank you to all involed.P.S. Saw some wonderful products for future purchase.

Always nice to visit Bunches. Getting fresh flowers and browsing through the giftshop side while the friiendly, helpful staff is only a call away does wonders to my soul. Not to talk about the restaurant where you can relax and enjoy a bite and something to drink.

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Bunches for Africa in Kuilsriver. I have placed an order for a bridal shower. When I visit the shop I told the lady the shower starts at 11am and that they must deliver between 9:30am and 10:00am, I whatsapp the same lady twice and went again to the shop the day before the shower to remind her about the time. They arrived 10:50 with my order and then they only delivered half of my order. When I phoned the lady with whom I placed my order with, her reaction was What must I do about it!!! I mean really?? You only send me half my order and then you have a bad attitude about it as well. I then phoned the branch in Brackenfell and spoke to Cindy, she then send someone to deliver it but the shower already started and the delivery guy arrived 12:15 to deliver the rest of my order. I will never ever hire something by them again. If you want to hire something make sure you collect it yourself and does not make use of their delivery service!

My wife went there for a baby shower... They certainly go above and beyond what is expected. Even the snacks/food they provide tastes exceptional. They deserve 6 stars!

I am deeply disappointed in your service!!!! I called at 9am on Monday to place an order for flower arranges for a drive by funeral the following day. Only to arrive at 4pm Tuesday and get told that something came up and you could not make it. This is pathetic!!!! You had my number. The decent thing would have been to let me know.#unhappycustomer

The coffee shop has a pleasant atmosphere, but be aware that the person who designed their menu really, really loves meat, especially pig based meats.My mother ordered a cookies and cream milkshake, which tasted basically just like less sweet milk.The store itself has many beautiful things for making floral arrangements, but the prices are very steep, at least for retail customers.
