The management displayed great service. The cashier and a lady in the kitchen had unnecessary attitude and threatened us. Weve enjoyed this McDonalds for years though. People like Florence and the lady in the kitchen should appreciate their jobs.

They are fast to prepare anyones order, you dont wait for long, they should keep it up that way

This McDonalds in Sandton is amazing. The service was quick and love that it has port so that you can charge your phone while you are eating, how cool is that. Also has wi-fi...so so amazing. Next time I am in Sandton again I am definitely going back

I dont like the service i got different order and when i told them about wrong order one of the staff started accusing me that i was wrong i gave that order and he was rude, i dont like the attitude and false accusations. At the end they replace my order but that was meaningless becoz they ruined my mood with the argument.

This McDonalds is honestly so great. Probably the single most pleasant experience Ive had at a McDonalds as an adult. They were so efficient, the staff are clearly well trained as there wasnt the confusion about the order - confusion Ive come to expect from McDonalds. The food was out very quickly and was still nice and warm.

I used to buy from this mcdonalds every day but stopped. Firstly ,why does it stink like that after 12pm and also why charge R20 for a coffee when its half a cup ?
