The renovations look great, well done! There is now bottomless drinks and soft serve ice cream, Im certain many families will be delighted by this. The staff is professional and helpful especially the pleasant guy that opens the door and checks our temperature . His pleasant attitude makes the Nandos experience so much better. I usually sit down for my meals and i get the best service!

Such a brilliant Nandos, it feels like a totally different restaurant. Service is great walking in. Drive-in, I haven’t tried.Good vibe, fresh food, great at the pure basics!

There was no sauce on my chicken, and mind you, i asked for extra sauce.

I love the boujee bowls...vegetarian or not, they delish.

Very neat venue, friendly staff, food fresh and well presented, sit down and takeaway. Only down note is the occasional lack of parking as venue is shared with other businesses.

We ordered a takeaway from Nandos Bryanston and were terribly disappointed. One of the meals that we ordered was the 1/4 chicken and fest fries side. The fest fries is described on the website as: Fries SMOTHERED in cheese sauce and topped with pulled chicken and sautéed onions. The container was barely half full of cold rubbery chips, with a dribble of cheese sauce on a few of the chips and barely any onion or chicken. The other meal was a pulled chicken sandwhich, which was dry and cold. I will never order from them again!!!

Nandos is great and this drive threw is very cool. However the entrance to the drive threw is a bit confusing. There are no signs indicating where the entrance is and that would help as its at the entrance of a tyre shops.

Great service and food excellent as per Nandos top quality standards. The store has great decor and layout making the ambience relaxed. Love the drive through and specially the lighting at night. Always clean. Covid19 regulations are being adhered too.

Good food...lunch times are madness as most of the people around the office parks flock there for lunch. Sabelo is a very friendly guy who always has a smile on his face

They practice social distance, however they forget my drink that was on order, had to ask for sauce as their tables didnt have. However que move fast there.

The Haloumi veggie pita was only half filled compared to how it usually is. The corn was quite old and dry.

First time at this place and I was impressed. Staff is polite and respectful.

Typical nandos franchise. But does grace a nice drive thru which I didnt use. Service fairly efficient and friendly. Chicken livers were a bit burnt but the sauce covered it up. The chicken was good.

Ordered via Uber eats. Waited more that an 1hr 30min for my order eventually to be cancelled. The driver informed my they refused to make it, giving no further reasons why. Unacceptable!

Usual, but the tiller needs to listen carefully at orders. I ordered an extran bun she didnt add it.

After ordering with Uber eats, my order was cancelled without an explanation after 30 minutes..I then ordered with Mr D..After waiting an hour I tried to call Nandos Bryanston..They kept cutting my calls or not answering at all when I was trying to find out where my order was. After 12 attempts (yes, I counted), someone finally answered and said its coming It took a further 20 minutes for the food to leave Nandos with the driver. It took a total of 2 hours for nandos to cook and send my 2x quarter chickens with wedges and a dip.Food arrived. Mr D driver told me that the staff at Nandos Bryanston ignore the drivers waiting for orders while helping customers that are there and apologized for it taking so long - it was NOT his fault. The food was opened only to find that the chicken was BURNT and the wedges were plain and not peri peri as ordered but we were so hungry that we ate it. I am appalled by the service and food received! I want my money back!

Drive thru was very quick! Very nice! But follow the signs because you have to go around the ENTIRE complex to get to the actual drive through.

Phoned in to ask what time they close lady answers at the store at 10:30pm to say they closed at 9? I can believe a lot of things but this is a bit far fetched even for me...

The hospitality there was proper

Service was good but the food disappointing. Ordered wrap meal with halloumi side. They put two small pieces in the holloumi box and the meat in wrap was tough. Not the first time😢

Great quality food with friendly staff. Drive through is tricky for your bigger vehicles but not impossible. often need to wait a bit for your order but nothing too ridiculous. I still enjoy this store and will always go back. They are a great representation of the brand and always seem happy to help. Those are my experiences there.

Absolutely useless service.I placed an order for kerbside collection via the Nandos app at 18:50 with an ETA of 19:10. We arrived at the kerbside collection at about 19:05 and indicated that we had arrived on the app. We waited and waited with no indication that our order was on its way. At 19:35 we decided to go in to see what was happening (defeating the purpose of kerbside delivery), as we had already waited more than 25 minutes past the ETA. When we got inside, all we saw were surprised faces. Our order was not ready nor was it progressing; it had been completely forgotten about. Our order was wrongly scrapped together from there on, fixed only after being corrected. We walked out 30 minutes later without even a sorry as a consolation for the poor service received.I am not impressed by this negative experience, which is likely to be my last at this Nandos branch.

Its Nandos, what is there to say besides, damn its finished. Finger licking good go sit down, Ill come back to you in the middle of the month, while I got cash, chicken is ruled by Nandos, and there is no competition. This is not debatable. Nandos Bryanston can be proud that the food is always good, service always top-notch, and Ive yet to hear of a bad experience. Keep up the good work guys and gals. I could seriously do with a cheese and pine wrap right about now...extra hot of course 🤤

Excellent service from the staff at Nandos Bryanston. Apart from the food being prepared so well, they are extremely helpful and go out of their way to serve their clients. My cellphone fell out of my handbag while in the store and unknowingly, I left. One of the employees actually stopped my car before driving out of the complex and handed me my phone. Stellar care by these friendly patrons! 10/10 will definitely recommend paying them a visit!

Nandos food is good. However the security in this centre is non existent. The entry booms are open and camera broken off, no other cameras.I went in for a quick dinner and my car got broken into and laptop stolen.
